So I'm currently in the process of renting my apartment. So far I have 2 options: 1. A family of 2 black women and 2 children. One works in the IT industry, and the other 1 is a nurse in Major hospital. They have 50k student loan debt. They provided all the background checks and paystubs. One of them has credit score in the 500's, but the other 1 has good credit. They are living in a sketchy neighborhood right now.
2. 2 muslim engineers, working for some small out of state company. Both have good credit, but one owes 200k for the mortgage on the house. It looks like the work is on contract basis, and they've been trying to switch careers. Their company pays for housing.
2 high rollers also came in to view the apartment, but they didn't apply, I think they are looking for something more renovated.
Take the muslim when the company really pays. Muslims in small groups live Ok.

actually it looks like they are from Iraqi. But the blacks have better employers: one has an IT company and the other is a well established hospital. Wereas muslim company is 5-10 man on LinkedIn.
