No one wants to buy your boomer rocks. RSV is backed by a basket of tokenized assets not just gold, and RSR is a utility token with a burn mechanic that is triggered when used to arbitrage RSV. This means that if the price of gold drops RSV isn't as impacted as someone that just owns gold. They're creating a diversified portfolio so that we don't have to. ALL IN BABY!

RSV is just going to be pegged to the dollar for a long time. Only if the project survives long enough do they plan on eventually having it backed by a basket of assets. That's a worthy goal but for the time being it's just theoretical and won't affect the success of the project in these early days.
