The truth is that these articles are Chainlink sponsored content. Sergey is running a propaganda campaign ahead of the real authorities who will get interested in seeing if the project is legitimate and compliant with the law once the price explodes. These fake articles will prompt more reliable sources to come out, denounce them, and show that the claims aren't true. He's basically publicly proving how careful he's been to play within the lines.
