Levi Perry
Well I've doubled my LCI investment and planning to double that, so yeah. I'd buy this dip now if I were you because AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I WENT FROM BEING UP $1K TODAY TO ONLY BEING UP $300!
T mainly. Got lots of O, some Hersheys, MAIN, and F.
Colton Baker

I'm a newfag to /smg/....does LCI dip? Its been up since i got here a month ago.
Charles Perry
LCI is dipping right now
Lucas Campbell
I want to grab some stocks at the teamviewer IPO
Luke Mitchell
Idk what that was. Maybe they thought LCI was grouped in with the Chinese generic drugs from Teva and Mylan. This is one of the reasons I really like LCI though. Squeaky fucking clean. Totally outperforming its competitors. Every pullback is a buying opportunity for newbies. I just want it to go to $60 so I can sell. At least $30. Imagine not owning any like pic related
i only have $450 on RH not enough why I'm keeping a closer eye on SNSS
Jordan Richardson
Ror! >be LCI >stock price high 20s when company was shit >be LCI now >company is outstanding >be you >think $14 is top Please join the other 57% of LCI shorted float. Down from 82% last month. Please bet against the tutes. I love squeezing you.
Here are a couple suggestions. I've got a couple short puts on TLRD expiring next Friday. I'll consider re-investing the money back into TLRD shares the following week.
Follows the market, or leads the market? Got that siiiiick yield too.
It’s a global story, if the merger goes through, the MO/PM combo is a screaming BUY.
Imagine Juul in China, India, Egypt, Israel, Germany, Etc etc.
And once these vape deaths are discovered to be from Chinese counterfeiters, people are going to steer clear of blackmarket shit. That could actually be helpful.
Ror! Sooner than that! This little probe could be our blessing in disguise. It appears to be bad news for all generics, but the LCI rinatinide is US made, once again BTFOing Teva and Mylan. People will realize this soon. And BOOM up we go again wheeeeeeeeeee!
>Suit yourself. sold an REIT in my IRA that was underperforming, when the $ clears I'll put it into LCI
Gabriel Morgan
Oh fuck
Sebastian Carter
Please tell me you guys aren't messing with me
Give me a quick rundown on the company.
Someone have a Devil's advocate for why they're gay?
Zachary Reed
Hard to say if it actually leads the market. the BB bonds specifically do but not lower rated. idk what percentage of jnk is BB
Asher Sanders
why are u monkeys trying to buy and hodl stocks the market is bearish rn, does anyone know what are good options to buy
Landon Evans
this is a good question
I haven't done DD on LCI or begged for Jow Forums anons to do my research for me enough to invest in it.
Zachary Perez
>Someone have a Devil's advocate for why they're gay?
Bear points are - high debt at high interest rates - turnaround effort is still in progress - potential price fixing lawsuits - pressures from decreasing generics prices, additional government regulation, Democrats, etc.
Easton Russell
Ugh! So many rundowns... I need that copypasta! But no fren, we're not messing with you. I'm positive it'll go to $60 one of these days. I'm happy to cash out at $30 though. Free up some capital then, and maybe swing trade LCI on the way up.
When I said "potential price fixing lawsuit" I should be clear that this means active lawsuits by (I think) the majority of the states' attorneys general. The suits target a wide net of generics companies, not just Lannett, but Lannett is named and at risk for penalties.
Henry Peterson
>that’s exactly what /biz does
Brody Diaz
I'm not new, I've lurked and posted on this general for six months.
Haven't been actively keeping up because of college.
Most big corporations can tank penalties right?
Jaxson Carter
Ah! This is good actually! Legitimate grievances. I'd like to address them with my own thoughts and peeps can take from that what they will.
- they've been paying off debt early, and are continuing down that path. It is true they have significant debt, but compare it to others in the same industry, namely Teva. - turnaround effort is in progress, true, but look exactly at how much progress has been made since Crew took over, and particularly since last August. - price fixing suits are a meme, imo, Teva is the targeted ringleader, with the one defendant from LCI being a former Teva employee. - decreasing generics prices is legitimate. I don't have a response to this really, except they've been getting a lot of lucrative contracts to increase revenue and profits.
>my own thoughts >parrots what big5guy says Have you ever had an original thought? Do you even watch anime, or just go to tumblr and take shit to appeal to 4channers?
Hunter Kelly
Because I can. But seriously I (mostly) cashed out back in late October 2018 and I feel like now is a good time to buy things.
Michael Ramirez
We want a cut of the ad revenue Yahoo, you hear me
Alexander Ramirez
>correct analysis of company >"parroting" Ror! I bet you dont even own any LCI!
You mean they can handle any penalties? Bears might argue that the penalties would put enough strain on Lannett that they would need to declare bankruptcy. Seeking Alpha has a number of bear articles written by short sellers (mainly The Capitolist) over a good period of time. You might want to read if yoy want to know bear arguments. I'm just listing outlines of the bad things people say about LCI since you asked. I would be long if I still had any shares.
David Young
>my own thoughts >someone elses thoughts >someone else’s image
>totally not jealous bros >I'm not gonna counter any of that, its just false >its not like the short interest dropped after LCI beat earnings for a whole year >its not as if Teva is specifically targeted in the suits and DOJ investigations >LCI totally didnt get their levo contract back thats just fake news lol >that's why I didnt buy below $6, cause it jumped to $14 and that's just a dead cat bounce Cope harder
Blake Sanders
>- price fixing suits are a meme, imo, Teva is the targeted ringleader, with the one defendant from LCI being a former Teva employee.
I don't agree. LCI is a defendant, and it's clear that prosecutors are not just targeting TEVA. When I owned LCI, I chose to ignore price fixing lawsuits, only because I don't really have the competency to evaluate the likelihood of penalties and the impact of those penalties. I think it would be naive, however, to brush them off entirely and say that they are not a potential risk.
Your statement that Maureen Cavanaugh is the only individual at LCI named is wrong. I think there was at least one other individual named.
Lucas Lee
How do I invest in stupid retail small specs buying useless information?
Maybe buy TST? (I actually like some of Cramer’s stuff, but not enough to sign up for anything more than a free trial)
Ayden Kelly
In the civil suits, yes there was, Tracy Sullivan-Divalerio. But, and correct me if I'm wrong on this, shes not named in the DOJ criminal proceedings.
Carter Jenkins
LCI’s done for
Leo Ward
You're retarded if you aren't loading up on OXBR right now
It was pretty funny when he bought those two /smg/ memestocks and came back crying about it. I'm glad he didn't lose his shirt, but I hate the misinformation campaign.
Jackson Ramirez
The last earning beat by 75%!!! that jump started all this rise There is nothing really bad that can happen now. Just let lci rake in money and be comfy
He wants bear arguments against LCI, so I recommended articles written by people shorting the stock (viz. The Capitolist). It's okay that the authors are biased. Seeking Alpha also has bull articles.
>>LCI totally didnt get their levo contract back thats just fake news lol It's kind of fake news is you just say that without qualifying that the agreement is for distribution way out in the future (2023 I think?). They don't get revenue until they actually start distributing it.
John Campbell
>incorrect info >refutes none >bought LCI >doubling investment is crying about it Lolwut
Jack Lee
Fucking kikes keep pushing GDX down. What is this shit?
William Martin
Sure, if he wants bear articles for LCI that's the place to go.
MO, MRK, and VIAB for me, all today, I'm expecting a VERY red day!
Jacob Sullivan
Ostrim jerky sticks! I was supposed to do cardio today, but I really hate cardio. So I did chest instead since I normally do it on Mondays, so good recovery time in between. Remember boys, ostrich meat is super lean, and its tasty when mixed with beef.
Joseph Williams
Gold is for morons it's going to $200
Wyatt Mitchell
as far as I know all the 5tb threads are neets and 3rd world neets. I have no influence there. it's pretty sad to see /a/ slipping so hard the past year or so. it was inevitable really.
I think she would just buy index funds and ETFs. But I'll have to think about it
ironically enough, i regret buying some KO in may, its gone way up but it was very overpriced and is definitive very overpriced now. will add more once it returns to an attractive valuation
Justin Morales
Yeah, that's who I was thinking of. You could be right about that distinction. But as far as criminal charges, I don't think it's true at all to say they are only targeting Teva and everyone else is safe. It's supposed to be an industry-wide conspiracy. It takes multiple companies working together to fix prices. Look up Heritage Pharmaceuticals for example.
