The google endorsement was bullish. What was bearish is what followed. Pretty much every single dapp developer heard about Chainlink from that blog post (if they didn't already know about it). Then they checked out the docs and documentation, and saw it's not decentralized and decided not to use it.
That's the ultimate bearish indicator, widespread exposure followed by non-existant adoption from developers. Everyone knows about you, but they think your product sucks and don't use it.
And no, "Google" is not using it. One guy tested a node for a few days. That's all it was.
