I have to take 600mg daily as a preworkout, how bad is this? My only issue is that it rekts my sleep brutally. I miss sleeping good lads. I go through torture every day in bed until i can finally sleep laying hours in bed going insane. But quitting caffeine has been torture too and i always relapse. Wat do.

You need to taper down to less then 100mg a day. Sleep is critical for gainz. I just drink tea or diet coke for caffeine.
I usually have my biggest workout on Saturday morning so will drink 1 black coffee for that.

I did the same for about 3 years. I recently quit cold turkey though. It wasn't difficult. Didn't have a single health issue. But I am less muscular now.
I also started vaping in April 2018 and quit that cold turkey last month as well.. For actually working out I just drink coffee however it doesn't do shit.

Just two weeks ago I started taking Selegiline. Selegiline gives me a subtle stimulant effect, without feeling like it. I just feel clean, motivated and in good mood. I was drinking upwards of 300-500mg of caffeine a day. The same day of taking selegiline I was worried to drink much caffeine because I heard it potentiates pretty strongly. First week I ended up drinking less than 100 mg of caffeine per day and I felt pretty great. Second week I've been under 50mg of caffeine. Last night I hit so many PR's it surprised me and I was only at a cup of green tea for the day.
All the while I've been doing pretty decent my first week back in my classes. I feel motivated to do school work and I have enough energy to work 40 hours a week and gym in between.
The only side effects are that I'm slightly less patient with people and that I've been waking up about 5-6 hours in to sleeping and I toss and turn for another 20 minutes before being able to go to sleep again. My dreams are weird and I feel like there's a part of my memory missing in my dream which makes my dreams confusing.
Don't fuck around with Selegiline though. It has some drug interactions but they're few and far between if you're under 10mg a day. Do some research if you're taking any advice from my post.
