I'm worth 2.3 million at 23 because I inherited a quarter of my grandfather's estate. He managed a few high-end condos in Vancouver and rented them out. Originally bought them in the 1970s when real estate was cheap. My father, mother and sister were each given a condo and ~ $400,000 in cash and a couple vehicles from his classic car collection worth about $70,000. I sold the condo to my father and sold most of the vehicles I had given to me. Most of the collection was sold. He had 13 cars total.
I live in Alberta now. I literally never leave my home except for groceries. I even built a home gym so I wouldn't have to go out. I'm also a virgin and have no friends. I'm a normal looking guy, I just don't like being around other people and choose to be a hermit. I wouldn't even consider 2.3 million to be rich.
