Believe it or not, only three of the top 50 decentralized apps (dapps) are running on the Ethereum $ETH▲4.05% blockchain, according to data from DappRadar. Instead, developers seem to be largely relying on competing platforms like EOS and TRON.
From the remaining 47 most active dapps, 26 are based on EOS and 21 on TRON. Interestingly, gambling dapps account for the majority of the activity on both networks.

i agree that dapps are mostly memes, which is why i referred to smart contracts. how can you even talk about ETH without mentioning its most important use? there is of course room for multiple smart contract platforms, but ETH is ahead of the competition. something like the ICO craze won't happen again, which is why ETH will mainly moon if it sees further development and implementation.
And if you don't believe in smart contracts, then you don't believe in crypto.
