I used to be a NEET but was only getting about $100 a month which made me wanna KMS

>I used to be a NEET but was only getting about $100 a month which made me wanna KMS
The purpose of NEET is to head to God Tier.
NEET time => learn => skill => God Tier
Wagie no time => get jewed by everyone => learn nothing => die

Not everyone is rich.

You only in BTC or alts as well?
>I don't work but I don't spend quite yet to see how it goes
If you want income I recommend selling options and making private loans on real estate. Both are low risk low management.

What's your dream purchase?
Mine is oceanfront property in a surf town in Mexico and enough income to angel invest about 1 Milllion a year.

Attached: gatsby make it fren.jpg (612x408, 56K)

Couple million is a nice stack. Have you considered converting a percentage of your crypto into boomer investments? Thinking mainly property in big cities near universities. Millenials can't get enough of accruing student debt. That's my plan anyway

Another internet bux chad
How ware the chicken tendies today?

only btc I studied alts and I really don't trust them and got burned out on studying their models. I made a lot in trading alts but at this point I don't trust tokonomics or any of that bullshit
>What's your dream purchase?
a compound in the woods
maybe a resort for fish and game

I honestly think bitcoin is going to run hard in the next year
other than that I want to diversify but I don't trust boomer shit
I reluctantly invested 20% in some property stocks and bonds due to my dad's advice

>Thinking mainly property in big cities near universities.
Local and state governments are broke watch out for local tax increases.
Think Detroit.
Also interest rates will most likely head up.
Also Portland just created rent increase caps.

Not hating just trying to spark a discussion. What's your logic?

Myself I hate people so I want shit with no management. So real estate loans that last 6 months and selling options. Just click buttons on a computer.

>a compound in the woods maybe a resort for fish and game
Sounds comfy
>I reluctantly invested 20% in some property stocks and bonds due to my dad's advice
Why for income? or diversification?

Dr. Ribbit says you can heal your own misery. see post below

You sound like you dont know what you're talking about mr. Larper.

just to diversity and some dividends I'm not totally sure my dad handles it
I worked in sales until 2017 but won 20k gambling and put it all into bitcoin in 2015
I'm not very smart and try to learn more everyday about about this stuff

I don't see the value in creating a "limited token" to do a function
it doesn't make any sense
oh it's on the blockchain? isn't that open and verifiable? so where's your intellectual property

like what's the point in turning a token's function into a piece that's part of tokens stock or whatever
just provide a service and quit being a fag

You trust the fundamentals fren.

which are what
nothing in this space has the hardened consensus as bitcoin
nothing is fundamental when some chink copy can undercut your shit

freelancer - god tier

whoever made this must be delusional

Look into LINK and QNT. If you already have and wish not to invest then its fine.

Not my creation...you have a point
freelancer not nearly as comfy as shareholder/capitalist

I might need to change this.
Thanks for the input.

>making private loans on real estate.
Explain pls

On point!

selling your soul for minimum wage

>making private loans on real estate.
People who own real estate for cash need an easy loan (30% of USA houses have no mortgage)

An example of what I would lend on is in the image. 7%+ for 6 months. If the owner defaults you own the property for 39% of its current value.

A retail example is US example
fundrise.com/investments/advanced-plans/compare

Attached: private real estate lending.png (964x470, 447K)

That seems very interesting, too bad I can probably not participate from europe

Here's a list of USA ones
wellkeptwallet.com/companies-crowdfunded-real-estate/
There should be some in Europe
Or start a US company, LLC
stripe.com/atlas
You invest in US company that company invests in real estate deals.

Thanks for the tip
Since you are knowledgeable on options, is it even possible to consistently sell options without eventually getting wiped out, like that one fund manager who made some apology video after losing it all

>Since you are knowledgeable on options, is it even possible to consistently sell options without eventually getting wiped out

Yes 100% its not only possible it's easy to not get wiped out. Just don't make each trade bigger than 20% of your capital and use no leverage.

If you use correct position sizing it is literally impossible to lose more money than you expect.

>like that one fund manager who made some apology video after losing it all
The only way this happens is to sell naked calls or to sell more naked puts than you have capital for. It's the same as using margin.

With retail account sizes from $1000 - $10,000,000 there is no need for leverage with options, even with massive funds I see no need for leverage.
