It can't scale. It takes forever to send a second transaction because you have to wait. I have used it many times. Something better will come. But the facts are that Monero can't scale and its facing regulatory hurtles during a time when centralized exchanges are how we on board newbies. It is simply too much to overcome. There will be another alt-coin pump and Monero will be left out.
