Sure thing. Just be really wary of their Telegram and Twitter posts. Nothing but a hugbox and echo-chamber. They will try to blind you from seeing their flaws because they are selling Hbars and seeking more Corporate owners for their council. I don't think anyone in the non-corporate crypto space will be buying their shit for a long time. Personally, I would invest my money in Bitcoin instead of this 50 Billion token Hindenburg.

Sorry, I have no helpful advice to give you regarding competing exchanges. I do trust the YouTube entertainer Crypto Daily and he likes both Binance and Coinbase. Maybe you can watch some of his videos where he talks about exchanges. I think he has a signup link or two below his videos...
