Short term outlook for Cresco Labs, as I see it, is continued ranging between 9.50 and 10 until at least September 24th. Cresco cash raise buy in price is $10 and any institutional interest likely to move in at this level will want $10 or below cost average entry. Placement period ends on the 24th. This should be the case unless Cresco comes out with very bullish news in the interim or congress passes the SAFE banking act (vote is expected some time before end of month).
