Which overlooked american city is the "chainlink" of real estate? so to speak
Pittsburgh.
San Francisco. It sounds cool when you hear about it but when you get in it’s really just full of trannies and street shitters.
I see what you did there pajeet, but the value keeps going up in SF. Link 1k eoy
Baltimore
Detroit
Chicago
probably some bullshit in iowa or something
Maybe Boise.
WA and OR are turning into CA and everyone's moving to ID.
Me too probably in a couple years.
Oakland, it's beautiful and has that perfect NorCal climate plus it's close to the Silicon Valley and SanFran but real-estate is undervalued because the city was previously infested with niggers, it's gentrifying fast tho and the nigger population has literally halved within the last decade. Pretty much all of NorCal that isn't SanFran or in the Silicon Valley is still undervalued as fuck IMO
Springdale, AR
Fayetteville, AR
>t. bought my first investment properties
None of these are overlooked jfc they each have millions of residents, except Boise which was maybe overlooked 15-20 years ago.
chainlink? isn’t that that pump and dump scam according to google news results and mutiple credible news publications therein?
small to midsize midwestern college towns
can somebody post the image of the "I'd like to buy some happening default swaps"?
>which overlooked american city is the "chainlink" of real estate?
youngstown ohio
>implying it's not possible for a city to simultaneously be undervalued while having millions of residents
Regardless Oakland only has a population of less than 500 000
Just came back from there.
It's a beautiful city and it has 3 inland waterways which will help build it bring in industry.
Oh yeah I forgot, I've never seen so many rednecks in my life.
Not saying it as a negative, but holy fuck there are a lot.

FRICK OFF TRANNY LOVERS
Vegas is a bit of a hidden gem. People tend to think of casinos when they think of Vegas. They don't realize that there is an entire city outside of the tourist casino area.
There are some REALLY beautiful neighborhoods where all the brown people and criminals are priced out.
Henderson Nevada I hear is the next big place
I live in Phoenix and I love it but I think we're blowing our opportunity to be another Sillicon Valley
Charleston, South Carolina, Austin, Texas, Tampa, Florida
Treated as more valuable than it is?
Possibly most of new England
LINK? yeah arkansas sounds right.
Vegas is the most underrated city for future gains. Building more casinos and stadiums, raiders coming in 2020 to add winter tourism, new medical university, short term rental opportunities are being restricted by the hotels but there's ways around that. Buy a cheap condo next to the strip for $80,000 and airBNB it out to tourists. You get $500 a day on EDC or new years weekend. Worst part of Vegas is the weather
you're looking for small population? I thought he wanted to buy an asset that would appreciate the most not looking for the smallest towns
henderson to the south, summerlin to the west, and north las vegas to the north are the burbs with all the sprawl
even around the casinos, UNLV, strip and airport there's gated communities and country clubs right next to the hood.
FUCK OFF WE'RE FULL
SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE IT IS!! I HATE MY CITY!! I NEED TO MOVE NOW!! NIGGERS AND INDIANS ARE RUINING MY FUCKING HOME!!! PLEASE!! WHERE TO GO?!!?!?
Salem Oregon
We aren't talking about places to move but cities where you can buy property and rent or flip. Stop thinking like a poor fag.
Boise is where I'm escaping once locust-like California refugees have finished destroying Colorado and making it into an unlivable hellhole
Fayetteville, AR
Fuck off J. Cole you homeless looking motherfucker
