I seriously doubt that is the original creator. The style is inconsistent with the rest of their posts and the quality is atrocious.
Also, the 'join memecrazy' at the bottom of the image in the link is a dead giveaway to the illegitimacy.

I seriously doubt anything claimed on Pintrest
(that is where google is pulling the description) to be true.
The problem here is that Dakkar nuked their deviant art from orbit and therefore that statement can't be proven true. So unless you have the high res version of this (with out the artifacting) I remain skeptical to this claim.
