Yeah, I think the face is almost too high quality compared to the rest of the picture so makes it look out of place.

Maybe ps some hair over the side of the face too to make it blend in?

The best way to photoshop a head onto another body is to also crop the person's hair and neck and paste it on the new body. Then resize it to fit and then use the very soft eraser to blend the girl's hair with the model's hair so it's seamless. Same with the neck area to blend the skin of the girl and the model. And it keeps the original girl's real face outline and everything so it looks very real and natural. Another tip is you want to try to match the quality of the girl's photo with the same quality of the model's picture. So if the girl took a cell phone pic, you wanna find a nude cell phone pic so the quality matches. Otherwise you'll run into the issue that you have where the face is way clearer than the body and it looks fake.

What's the technique you did here? The girl on the right it looks pretty good and pretty real.
