I think you got so close man. Really the sad eyes are great! The lips are actually similar in shape as well, only hers are a bit lighter color. The lips might rest a bit higher as well if she was whimpering, but only the slightest amount higher. I'm sure you know all the things that you'd like to change man. If you think of it, only needs a few minor adjustments, then the face made smooth and clear (that may be the hardest part). Dude, I wouldn't change the eyes though. Well done.
