How do you get the cum to look so real on her face?
First is hoping the face angles and lighting of both pics work out. Then it's a matter of tinkering with saturation and contrast settings mostly.

Yeah, you basically cut out the cum and I wanted her eyes closed so the eyes as well, align it over the other and use the eraser tool around the edges to make her original features show. Also, you can use different transparency to help maintain the original features and use brightness, contrast, or saturation to make the cum more pronounced.
I guess you'd have to find someone with similar skin color or edit it to about the same color. Right?

You can adjust the color balance too, which I forgot to mention. You basically tweak all settings until it's a match. The more you work on them, the more you get a feel for what needs to be tweaked to get it to match.
