Not necessarily unknown, it could just be that it only exists as part of a compilation so when skimming covers it's glossed over. (being translated makes me think that's not the case though as they're usually translated individually and uploaded as such)

Also, it may just not be tagged well. The only tag you can be certain it has is 'loli' and I'm not searching 77,000 doujins.

So it might not be on ex-hentai, but if you're lucky you might be able to find an artist with the same artist and follow that lead on other sites.

I know hbrowse.com has a pretty good search engine, but the site doesn't have that many mangas...

I think to problem was overthink the situation, searching for things that just no one would ever mark as a tag. So next time, search for the obvius: lolicon and exhibitionism/public
