I'm wondering if this might be from a hentai game, because it's not common for every single reverse search engine to fail. I've tried using snapshots from different points in the webm and not one of them has got a hit. Even used a vpn set to Japan (a lesser known trick, it focuses on asian sites) and still nothing.
It could also be a brand new hentai and no spiders have crawled it yet, or maybe a trailer for an unreleased one.
What it definitely is, is hard as fuck to find.

As you can see, the hair color is changed and it isn't even from a hentai. It's just a standard anime series. Probably a fan art/animation made by someone who like the character. I've tried searching for the video on every image board I know but still no results. But, again, as you can see it's the same girl just with different hair color.
