> The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit refused to reconsider an earlier decision that found government funding for the 40-foot-tall memorial in Prince George’s County an unconstitutional endorsement of religion.
> Supporters of the Peace Cross, who say it is a secular tribute to local men killed in World War I, vowed to appeal.
> The legal case was brought by the American Humanist Association, a nonprofit organization that argued the cross gives the impression that only Christians are being honored.
> “This is a big win not only for separation of church and state, but for all non-Christian veterans who are excluded from an enormous Christian cross war memorial,” said the group’s senior counsel, Monica Miller, who argued the case.

Let’s be honest no kike was gonna fight a war they profit from

I find it interesting how the AHA can go around proselytizing their own beliefs while condeming religion, when in fact they are a religion.
Mason Jackson
And that they're all Jews, it's so obvious it's kinda funny.
Xavier Lee
ngo = jew gg
Cameron Wright
Atheists = Humanists = Humanistic Judaism = Jews
Andrew Evans
Separation of church and state. If you werent slav vermin and a balanced, well-thinking western european you would understand this concept.
Eli Cox
It’s only necessary to separate it when it’s non Jewish. Jew landmarks stay goy
Brody Richardson
no. smash them all
Jaxon Reyes
Every. Fucking. Time.
Adrian Turner
>separation of church and state So they're either total morons or actively suverting. Protip for all Jow Forumstards that don't know: There is NO legal document in America referencing separation of church and state. The quote comes from a private letter Jefferson sent about keeping GOVERNMENT out of CHURCH, not objective Christian morals out of government.
>non-Christian veterans who are excluded That's not how that works.
Angel White
In some way or another Jews will profit from that. One hand they get to remove any non Jewish landmark especially any Christ related imagery; and then sue anyone who removes any Jewish landmarks out of muh anti semetism
Do people really care that much that it's a cross? Like, actual atheist veterans wake up every day pissed off that a war memorial is in the shape of a cross? If true than these people are absolutely insane.
Nathaniel Long
Take it to the Supreme Court.
Political Correctness is a religion of trolling.
Blake Williams
(((humanists)))
Easton Sullivan
Separation of church and state isnt in the constitution bong. The closest we have in the 1st amendment says you can't establish a religion in the govt. Which is a far cry from a local nondenominational memorial to the dead. The "separation of church and state" is just as binding as john Adam's quote "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
Kayden Wood
How the fuck is a monument a part of state affairs/politics?
first amendment states no establishment of a state religion. It doesn't mandate that there cannot be any references to god/christianity/etc on state property.
This. Secular humanism is a belief system like any other. I'm fairly agnostic myself, but this sort of rub-salt-in-your-wound bullshit is just petty garbage. And of course it's always kikes who are behind this shit.
Liam Gonzalez

>millions of mexican kids allowed to vote because "we gave them birth certificates and sheeit because justice brennan wrote a note saying he believed they were all citizens!" >christianity banned in christian nation because of a letter
When are cuckservatives going to stop letting this country be destroyed by shit that isn't even law but just jews being jews?
>monument for WWI
I really doubt there are any veterans left to be pissed
Parker Fisher
>the red cross is now an explicitly christian organization
Someday user you're going to get a bullet to the brain
Colton Taylor
When are they going to get rid of this retarded "In God We Trust" horseshit too?
Dylan Fisher
Government funding for a giant cross.
Jayden White
>The cross was built in 1925 with money from local families and the American Legion. A plaque lists the names of 49 Prince George’s County veterans and includes the words “valor,” “endurance,” “courage” and “devotion.” The park and planning commission took control of the land in 1961 because of its location at the intersection of U.S. Route 1 and Maryland Route 450 in Bladensburg. The state agency pays for upkeep and repairs. >government takes over later >Jews use this as an opportunity to display how much they hate this country
Connor Morgan
It is. They have the Red Crescent and Red Crystal too for that reason.
It's because Jesus was absolutely right when he said that they are the children of the devil. They can't help themselves.
Adam Cooper
Just kike my shit up senpai
Alexander Turner
Great. Since it was erected by the American Legion, move the monument to in front of the local American Legion post.
problem fixed.
David Watson
>Weiss and his supporters scaled the fence of the convent wearing concentration camp uniforms. The group then harassed the nuns with banging and shouting until local Polish workers ran them off with buckets of water. LOL
Robert Anderson
Fucking idiot, Christianity made the white man weak.
James Wright
Was this predicting the cloud and Bitcoin?
Christopher Jenkins
BS, Christmas is a federal holiday and the initial and subsequent congressional sessions are opened with a prayer in the House. Try to rewrite history but it’s gonna be a bit hard to argue against original intent reduced to fucking practice with the congressional Chaplin sitting there.
Secularization was a mistake. Burn the heretics, slaughter the heathens. It's them or us.
Wyatt Price
>Separation of church and state isnt in the constitution bong And then you admit it's literally the first amendment
Jackson Harris
Jesus would have been a lot happier if they used that money to feed and cloth the poor than make a cross.

> Jason Heap filed the lawsuit Wednesday with the help of the Humanist Society, alleging that military officials unjustly passed him over earlier this year because he doesn’t believe in traditional religion — not because he lacked qualifications, Stars and Stripes reports.
> The lawsuit seeks Heap’s instatement as a Navy chaplain and the designation of the Washington-based Humanist Society as the official endorsing agency for humanist chaplains, as well as for the court to recognize that Heap’s constitutional rights were violated.
> Heap, who applied to become a chaplain last year, was informed this spring that the Navy had declined his application without explanation.
Are there any WW1 vets still alive to theoretically give a shit? Fuck these people. They literally go looking for shit to complain about.
Xavier Ramirez
Separation of church and state has nothing to do with public officials openly endorsing/practicing religion. Its about separating the powers held by and organized church from the powers of an organized government. That way, someone who offends the church does not get fucked over by the government. If you just look at what the founding fathers were standing against, it becomes pretty obvious. The head of the Church of England was also King of Great Britain, meaning he had absolute control over people's spiritual and material lives. As long as the government is not marching into peoples homes and force converting them, I do not care.
Connor Wilson
>well-thinking western european says the cuck who's country enforces Islamic blasphemy laws
cant wait until Russia vaporizes you faggots.

I had a black girl in community college say that nobody cares about god being on the money when they got it
Jack Morris
A lot of the families of the vets, still live in the area. No-one from here wants it torn down. It's literally people with an agenda looking for shit to gripe about.
Sebastian Ramirez
It's Jews user, they hide behind atheism and attack Christianity.
Asher Phillips
Christianity is why the white man is on top, you fucking disgrace. I can't wait to watch you get tossed from the throne and burn forever.
James Johnson
Is there a local American Legion post that is willing to display the monument?
Adrian Thompson
>zog hand rubbing intensies
Yes the crosses are antisem...i mean anti constitution goy.
Jack Cooper
Well is it going to be replaced with a (talking) nigger statue shoving a menorah up some obese mudsharks STD infested pussy? #Rapemixing
Colton Garcia
The monument is larger than probably the closest 3 legions combined, and they mostly sit in small lots in commercial areas. There was talk of just selling or donating the land it's on to a private company if they promise to keep it up, after the initial judgement. I haven't heard much of that idea since.
James Taylor
Thats too bad.
It will end up being torn down for no good purpose than pacifying a pain in the ass attention whore
