But the other point I had is she can't just get her driving permit back. She can't just take the test again and get one. The authority would see that she lost it for a special reason and would not issue a new one without said psychological evaluation.
I know of a case where a man got into an accident and completely freaked out, screaming and kicking the doors of the other car so that the other party had to flee. Same thing: Unfit to drive a motor vehicle in public traffic.

Its a class D felony here. Add in endangering children and she is def getting at least 6 months in jail, if not a year in prison. There's also no way a nigger that dumb doesn't have a prior, so she could be getting a full sentence, but that is different on a state by state basis.
And yeah, when your license is revoked for a felony reckless endangerment, you have to have a court appeal that you can go through the whole driving lessons and test over again like a teenager, and you must also appeal the DMV to accept your application for a license renewal post revocation.
