My biggest gripe with Amazon is that they use USPS to all other Ecom businesses detriment.
USPS only delivers on Sundays for Amazon.
USPS gives Amazon a bulk discount, which they subsidize onto all other shippers.
Since 2014 USPS First Class Tracked package under 5oz has gone from $1.45 - $2.66.

My slightly more personal gripe is that Amazon sells chinese clones of my product. I went to register to sell my authentic product on Amazon and they banned me before I could sell anything. They have also refused to take down the clones of my product.
