I've been doing better, I think. I'm getting to BJJ twice a week and am doing 5x5. I have what looks like a good job prospect after almost a year of unemployment.
That said I'm still depressed about my social and dating life, I dunno if I'll achieve my personal fitness goals, etc. It's scary. But I don't have much of a choice except to face it head on.

I've been doing rudimentary aerobic and
bodyweigtht strength training at home. I've also been active in my uni's student groups, dropping stealth redpills around.

I've begun to drop hints of my shift in political beliefs to some of my friends. We just had a rape case get very public here in Ireland because the defendant's case was built entirely on hearsay and so a not guilty verdict was granted to the two alleged perpetrators. My mates had a debate about it that I didn't get to partake in as I spent the day without internet access. But reading their thoughts made me realise something, and maybe it's not some great revelation, but it was a significant sort of light bulb for me. 'Cause one of the guys was really pushing that this was a travesty and an embarrassment to the judicial system and would negatively effect the accuser as well as any women who've been raped and can't come forward. The usual talking points. There were also marches all over the country after this news got out and #IBelieveHer entered the Twitter sphere. I realised that people love it when they get these fleeting affirmations of their worldview. It's like the media's perfected the art of dosing society with morphine. Banal news for a month, plus one outrage story, then the weather. It lets people think they're keyed in and up to date with hard-hitting social issues, but if you ask most of these people about Ireland 2040, which is an immigration plan as well as a future development plan with no mention of dealing with the extravagant homeless crisis in Ireland, then they'll have likely never heard of it.
I plan on bringing this up to them in a couple of weeks when I go to visit them. 'Cause there have been so many stories come out recently that are well worth being outraged over, but often the common-folk would rather wait for their media nurse and their next dosing.
Jow Forums has been instrumental in getting me out of that rut, too. Redpill threads like this have sent me down some worldview shattering rabbit holes and I've had to totally reassess my own mind as a consequence.

You will never get humans to revolt by wishing for it to happen. You will have to lead by example, (that means get your own hands bloody first! Gasp! The desperate will fight hard and the formerly wealthy will know who has fucked them over, how to hurt those people and where those people are during the day (you desperately need to know this information if you want to win a revolution.)
When looking for recruits be sure to make them prove themselves. This is why it is important to walk your own talk. Don't ask for soldiers to kill for you if you are not willing to kill either. Don't ask idiots to write propaganda for you. Ask skilled writers for writing samples. If you want them to trust you, you'd better get some good credentials to your name. It is going to look silly or like a setup if a nerd asks a tough guy to fight a war for him for no money and with no backup. It is also stupid for a wishful thinker to ask working men to write stirring think pieces on the glory of revolution.
Walk your own talk before you ask anyone else to walk it. This is one of the major things that white Liberals fail to do. They never racially integrate beyond the token level. Exotic dates and spouses. Brown cheap laborers around the house, etc. They always interact as Master vs. servant. Yet they talk about equality and racial justice. Don't be a white Liberal idiot.
