As an African, here is what most African's think of Chinese. They much prefer it to dealing with the West given that the west through its intelligence services and just its general police of meddling in other country's affairs is much less desirable than the Chinese who so far, have only engaged African countries on a business relationship. They are not trying to bring democracy to African countries or telling them how to live. They strictly are interested in exchange of resources. They do not care what African's do in their own country. They are only interested in business.

China historically doesn't have the imperialistic mind-state as western countries.

Many third world countries and developing nations, Africa included, has had a history of trying to find alternatives than dealing with the western dominance in the global arena and when the USSR was a dominant power, they turned to the USSR post colonialism after being subjugated and mistreated by Western nations.

Of course out of the west's anti-communist sentiments and desire to make sure that the third world is forever dependent on their involvement, they overthrown post-colonial government, assassinated post-colonial leaders like Patrice Lumumba, and supported despots like Charles Taylor who committed atrocities in the Liberian Civil War.

Now that the USSR is gone, China as a rising power is looked at as the next alternative to break free of the west's control when it comes to who to trade with and who to engage with. Trust, western CIA and MI6 faggots will work to cause disorder again to protect western corporate interests.

Yes, people enjoy being treated as second class in their own homeland like in Rhodesia and the Congo. They like having their leaders assassinated, like in the Congo after democratically electing them.
