for faceswaps I basically do the same thing as in this tutorial.
You can use the same trick for cumshots, but make sure to select the cum with lasso tool or something, and don't erase the layer before the auto-blend, otherwise photoshop doesn't know how to blend the layers. Also keep the original background image untouched, so you can erase the spots that dont work.
Also blur, burn, dodge and smudge are all useful for fixing cumshots.
For this one I used 3 layers of cum, and if you look closely, the cum used in the chin is the same layer as the one near the left eye, just rotated in a different way :D

Ill try to explain it step by step using this pic.
Step 1. Find a cum donor and select the area you want with lasso.

Step 2. Paste the cum and adjust it on the photo (try not to warp or distort it too much else it wont look good)

Go to Image -> mode -> adjustments -> match color and mess around with the values until you think it's ok (messing with luminance and color vibrance can ruin a cumshot so didnt use em at all)

Also step 3 you need to have the cum layer selected.
Step 4. Contract the selection by going Select -> Modify -> Contract. I ended up using 4 pixels but it depends on the picture.

Step 5. Now with the contracted selection, pick your background layer (in my case background copy), and press delete or backspace to clear the area. You will end up with something like this

Step 6. this is where the magic happens, select both the cum layer and the backround layer that you made the erase in, and go to Edit -> Auto-blend layers, and use panorama mode with seamless tones and colors.

Step 7. It should look pretty decent right about now. After this you can erase bad parts, use dodge and burn to fix the lightning etc. sometimes the auto-blend also changes the color of the face, thats why its good to have a copy of the background that you dont edit, so you can erase bad parts of the modified layer.
