God is omniscient in the sense that he knows everything as it is.
For example, even though God is omniscient he doesn't know the last digit of Pi (because it doesn't exist).
The same is true for the future choices of moral agents. They only exist as possibilities and God only knows them as such.
The future is open and you are fully responsible and in full control of your moral choices.
