They're already heavily regulated as per the GCA of 1968 and even further through a George H.W. Bush executive order in 1989, to the point that guns can only be imported if they aren't considered assault weapons under ANY legislation currently on the books in any state.

yup, shootings happen all the time, but when its turned into an "event" that will drive the weeks entire news cycle, its being used for a purpose and was likely staged.
Another black was shot dead a few days ago, but he was shot after pulling a gun and shooting through the window at cops, there is no usefulness to this story so it will get minimum coverage outside of the local news.
This. Save every interview you can to hardrive. Screen shot every tweet for journalists and people nearby. Said it before but need as many autists on this as possible. They were super sloppy last time and had to go back remove interviews and delete tweets etc.
