Communism is just the end result of capitalism once all basic aspects of life have been paid for in full; we need to stop trying to skip over every problem that we have in order to reach the inevitable end result long before we as a species are even ready. 2 why should you work if your income is guaranteed? most people only work for the money, and even if they like their work, they still are only at their job 90% of the time because of the money.
3 companies, people put in unequal amounts of work. they have unequal abilities, unequal wants to do the work, some might be trying very hard some might be dragging their feet. some understand the economy better than others. communism does not reward the best proportionately, nor does it punish the worst. this creates a situation where the economy rots from the inside due to its inefficiency, because nothing changes and all companies keep doing what they are doing, until the entire communist state collapses because even base goods like food can't be matched with market demand.
