Saw some nadoes myself in France. Strongest I "saw" was a rain wrapped tornado about 20 years ago while in vacation. It didn't seemed to do any damage at first and I found out it was rated F3 at the time since it ripped stones (!) walls from a house. Saw also a couple of spin-ups, the last one I saw was last year.

when I was a baby I was at my grandmas house in my old home town my mom and grandma and uncle had to hide in the bathroom since we don’t have much of a basement and our house was wooden .(we could get killed easily by a tornado. And the house wouldn’t exist. That’s how wooden the house was.) I was asleep during the whole incident and my mom told me it was windy dark and freigh train sounds can be heard behind loud sirens and when I woke up the tornado missed my house only to hit the back of a freakin grocery store.
Ever since then I survived every tornado since only to spot one from my dads former gf’s trailer.
I now no longer live in a trailer and moved to another city might consider moving to another city.

What’s the winter for 2018/2019 going to be like? Cold as fuck again? I think I got enough wood for the season already but maybe I should get some more?
