if it's just in your school you could simply tape them to walls, or thumb tack them onto notice boards
on telephone poles or round columns you can tape all the way around and wrap them in tape, that's really hard to take down

yes, tape the poster up just to hold it at first, then wrap the tape all the way around the post, spiraling up so you basically laminate the poster

extremely hard to remove but not vandalism, does not permanently mark or disfigure the post

Is the guy using a custom rubber stamp to put this money in this thread or anyone have the picture he showed his work? It was a really good idea and will be an effective ways of furthering the message without altering it.
