bodybuilding with heavy weight has a high chance of injury (i injured myself but it was nothing serious but prevented me from doing a lot of exercises) but the problem is the eating and protein overload is not healthy and endurance is what matters and functional strength not "aesthetics", progressive weight training has a relatively high risk of serious or medium injury which will render you unfit for a long time but overall its still a good sport, just absolutely dont touch the heavy weights or do too much calisthenics

SL 5x5 is too much on legs I think. I started getting hip impingement from it (probably because of form but more on that in a sec). I swapped out one of my squats for skullcrushers and bicep curls on the session where you're already doing DL. If you're doing BJJ and Muay thai 3 days a week each plus 3 days a week training we can call that about 9 hours average moderate to heavy exercise. working over 5 days a week thats nearly 2 hours a day of this kind of exercise. Most peoples bodies would struggle to keep up with this without Juicing.
If your form is perfect with SL (get a PT) and you go easy on BJJ and don't spar in Thai more than once a week, plus regularly stretch, eat a hell of a lot of protein, and sleep 9 hours a night, you should be ok. Id suggest easing into it and layering. Get your body fit first, add BJJ after a month, then a couple months after that add thai

look into sleep hygeine. You may not have insomnia and are just really irresponsible. Look into Intermittent fasting because you may be eating carbs too late into the night. Also try and make sure you stay hydrated with water. Its real easy to overestimate how much you drink.
