MILLENNIALS WILL NEVER OWN A HOUSE
Luis Rodriguez
Ayden Wood
>tfw marrying into a family that has multiple SF properties
buying a house is for losers, just wait for your parents to die or marry someone whose parents have a house idiot.
James Jones
>multiple SF properties
are you marrying a jew
Luis Young
That means the fuckers will migrate east like a plaque of locusts looking for cheap housing.
Dominic Clark
I would rather be houseless than be a retarded normalfag slave. Log cabin master race reporting in.
Ethan Fisher
Inheritance taxes mean you can't get a free house.
James Thomas
Jewess*
Julian Wright
You misspelled generation Z, OP.
Brody James
What? Yes it does.
>Estate Law 101 pls
Dominic Green
>Become debt slave to over inflated asset prices due to banker bailed Quantitative Easing and low interest rates.
Gonna crash.
>soon
Aiden Gutierrez
That’s alright I’ll just inherit my parents house. Dad paid off the mortgage and they have a spare vacation house
Jordan Powell
I own a house.
Cooper Jenkins
Do I know you?
t. have 3 SF properties, used to have 4.
Asian here
Adrian Morales
they just dont have to live in SF
Ethan Wood
>economy does well
>living standard goes up
>people want nicer houses because what they're used to isn't good enough
>repeat until housing crash or Great Depression 2: electric boogaloo
Aiden Roberts
No
Probably not, how would we figure it out...
Isaiah Foster
Or you could just not to live in San Francisco or New York. It's unreal how Lefties think they are the only millenials. They are such self centered shit cunts it makes me fucking sick. I can make a down payment within the next 18 months if I don't go out for a really nice home in my area in Taxachussetts.
Cameron Morales
does the People Republic of China approve of you owning western property and not returning to you homeland to give power to glorious communism?
Nicholas Ramirez
Are you married yet and does your name start with an E?
Michael Thomas
I'm not Chinese and I'm a hapa
Jason Evans
You rent your land from the government
Benjamin Green
I watched this documentary about Chinese kids who left China and didn't work for the communists that just wanted to be American. There was this 18 year old kid who was doing JROTC and was preparing to enlist as soon as he graduated and something happened with the family he was staying with as well as his VISA. The look of total loss in his eyes was devastating. He said "I won't make it if they send me back, I tried to join the American military, that will be it for me" or something along those lines but it was deep.
Nathaniel Smith
the current generation has no option but to live on cucksheds or poor neighborhoods
and then people wonder why the birth rate is so low
Lucas Phillips
>lol you can't buy a house they're all millions of dollars
>*in san francisco, orange county, and new york city
>please ignore that gigantic mansion-tier homes ANYWHERE ELSE are only around $350,000 and a modest normal home will run you only 200k or so while a nice condo can be bought for around $60k even in larger but not immense cities in nice neighborhoods
Hudson Cook
Millennials will indeed own homes. However, they will take their skills and industries and leave that lawless, leftist hell hole behind. Let's remember how the economy has changed historically. It used to be that land ownership and improving land's productive capacity was the means to wealth creation. Land, of course, was and is entirely stationary. Then manufacturing and the means of producing goods became the means of wealth creation. Factories and the like are difficult to move, but eventually we figured it out. Today the means of wealth creation is entirely within one's mind, at least in the industries that are most aspirational such as tech. The knowledge is entirely stored in one's own mind. Minds cross borders effortlessly and are the most dynamic and volatile source of wealth creation we've ever seen.
Austin Price
and property taxes will ensure that you will lose that house
>log cabin master race
um no
>would rather not be slave
i approve of this
normalfags do not exist though
Asher Cox
>This one place is really expensive
>Millennials will never own a house
You Americans have no idea how good you have it. Houses are still affordable in places that don't have outrageously inflated prices like SF. In the UK, not only is the average house price more expensive, but salaries are 30-50% lower on average as well.
Nathan Parker
FREE LAND available at this town. Never been there but they seem to give a shit about themselves. There are always opportunities.
Julian Adams
you don't say why though user: millenials won't own a house because millenials are neets who don't work. don't play the victim for our fuckery here: you know very well the faggot soy boys who still waste their money on vidya and new cell phones every other week will never get a house because they are terrible with their money. don't include me with that slime please. dear fellow millennial: get out of the way.
Asher Adams
oh my sweet summer child
David Gutierrez
blah blah, fiat money, blah blah taxes, blah blah
Angel Watson
Get out of California. If you are white move to the midwest. If you aren't white kill yourself.
Hunter Cook
>Putting stake in California in any form
Jacob Price
No, I am not E.
But I'm glad E is getting some sexy 415 property as well. Everyone should really get in on this, there's lots of people to marry in San Francisco.
Jacob Davis
only retards buy houses anyway.
live with your parents, save money, borrow their car, take care of them when they get old, then enjoy your new house and car both already paid off.
Tyler Powell
>there's lots of people to marry in San Francisco
And there's a reason they're single
Oliver Sullivan
>What is Prop 13?
GTFO you disgusting non-Californian.
Jeremiah Bell
t. loser
Evan Williams
Who needs a house in San Francisco when you can just live downtown rent free?
Josiah Lopez
A lot of us come from hippie boomers who had absolutely zero assets. We won't inherit shit and have to start from zero, in addition to taking care of them when they get old. I make 70k per year and am seriously considering just buying a trailer at this point.
Benjamin Parker
You know not everyone has parents right?
Charles Perez
Why doesn't San Fransisco build more high rise apartments?
Samuel Jones
Julian Rogers
Just buy a house somewhere cheaper. FYI you only need to put down 20% of the purchase price to actually live there and own it and get a mortgage. You can pay as low as 2.5%, but you'd have to pay for private mortgage insurance every month if you do that.
Luis Brooks
Wtf, what are you spending your money on?
Lucas Allen
Earthquakes I guess you are implying, but they don't build them anywhere else either. USA seems determined to not build anything new like Asia and instead just keep using the same increasingly scarce old-ass micro-buildings from the late 1800's early 1900's
Jaxon Campbell
>not being able to afford a 1.6 million house
Fucking poorfags in this thread SHIT.
Dominic Edwards
Saving, but DC metro are costs a lot and I'm tied here for my job. Need 500k for a house, 300k for an apartment.
Joshua Watson
You'll be lucky to get $6 dollars for a house in California after the beaners take over within the next 15 years.
John Scott
there is a lot of people that have STDs in san franshitco as well
no thanks, not moving to a place where hepatitis on the sidewalk is the norm.
Sebastian Martin
Concrete underground reporting in
Asher Anderson
to afford that house comfortably i would say you need 300k a year
Kevin Evans
They're running up high-rises in Nashville at a record pace, and I wonder how well they'll survive another big flood like the one a few years back. They CAN'T be giving those footings enough time to cure; sometimes there's less than a week between a foundation pour and the start of abovegrade construction.
Jose Rivera
>tfw my boomer grandpa sold his parents property in san francisco to feed his mkultra drug addictions
>tfw will never get to kick out some liberal arts feminist as she cries and begs because she cant pay rent, offering to give me succ until she gets more money from her parents, only to have her offer refused
Sebastian Howard
just bought a house, feels good man
Alexander Moore
That's over 2 million leaf bux
James Walker
where/how much
Gabriel Rodriguez
and on what income
Brandon Ward
Did you ever see that house hunters episode where the American girl was engaged to that British dude and he was a total numale? She wanted to live in Florida and he wanted to live in a split home. The house in Florida she wanted was close to her family, 4 times as big or something along those lines, had land, 20 minutes from the beach and was less expensive than the house the British guy wanted in England. I have a feeling their relationship didn't work out.
Luke Phillips
Britfags are always cucks, they cant carry butterknives and have scooter gangs instead of motorcycle gangs
Carson Adams
>Florida
He was probably right, meth addicts, blacks and lots and lots of Latinos. Entire state is just LA 2.0 now
Luis Parker
>This is the col the STEMposters who brag about their salaries live in...
Jose White
So is every other state with jobs...
Joshua Thompson
Do you American just wonder around the streets with butter knives then?
Carter Long
There is a difference between living with your parents because you are incapable of living alone and doing so to save money for the future.
If you won't inherit shit then don't even take care of them. They didn't care about your future and failed as parents.
Someone without parents of any kind is extremely rare. Even hood rats typically have one parent.
Andrew Anderson
Who gives a fuck. Im just gonna shoot myself in the face anyway
Mason Mitchell
Waiting for the Calicrash and for California to be Detroit 2.0
Adam Wright
I live in a trailer even though I can afford a house. I don't need that much space and I'm sort of a minimalist so it doesn't bother me.
Funny story though, i have a swastika hanging up in my room but I have black drapes so no one can see in from the outside. The last girl I brought home from a bar fell asleep on my couch but in the morning I forgot to shut the door and she clearly saw it because right when she walked out she called me a fucking meth head racist loser. Funniest shit ever.
Evan Adams
>t. asian mutt
Ayden Cruz
this is unsustainable though. wages are still stagnated and jobs are going away so i guess everyone will just be homeless.
Julian Phillips
if you put the property into a trust, then you can avoid most taxes, user. Speak to any probate Jewish lawyer
Grayson Adams
Exactly. Fucking poor cucks Jesus Christ.
Joshua Green
No it doesn't. You have to pay the full capital gains @ 25%
Chase Taylor
>A lot of us come from hippie boomers who had absolutely zero assets. We won't inherit shit and have to start from zero
This.
My father blew his inheritance buying a second home and then selling it at a huge loss right after the 2008 crash and my mom's still unemployed after 5 years just living off of her inheritance.
Sebastian Garcia
Enjoy your time in jail for rape Adolph.
Isaiah Bailey
>we're descending back into fuedalism and we're proud of it
I don't have anything witty to even say to that
Chase Baker
I bought my first house at 19. Feels good being white in the heartland.
Cameron Miller
Born in 1992, I currently own two houses until my old one sells. I dont have problems paying the bills and nothing was handed to me.
Evan Kelly
Why not build your own holy shit
Oliver Howard
>>people want nicer houses because what they're used to isn't good enough
Blatantly untrue.
The influx of immigrants seeking a better life, not to mention pressure placed by the currently landed to ensure more building doesn't happen in their area, means the PRICE OF THE LAND IS GOING UP
Nathan Brooks
San Francisco has went bust multiple times in its 160 year history.
Silicon Valley is a modern 1848 Gold Rush.
>1840s SF crazy expensive
>1880s SF is affordable
>1905 SF is super expensive
>1906 SF hit by earthquake, takes decades to recover housing affordable
Dont have such a narrow view REMEMBER THIS, DETROIT was once the industrial center of the world (many people still alive today remember this), it is now one the cheapest crime ridden cities in all of america.
Stuff changes, and often VERY FAST, and no one really sees it coming.
Oliver Smith
You’re a dumbass if you take care of them when they are older. Let them live off SS don’t give them a dime
Mason Nguyen

Sebastian Rivera
How about this log cabin I'm renting on Bowen Island?
Aaron Long
>DC metro
So you want to live in perhaps the highest concentration of secret society and satanic pedophiles?
That city is like invasion of the body snatchers. At any moment I'd expect them all to point at me and scream.
Brandon Johnson
That looks amazing, user. Log houses are comfy-tier.
Josiah Mitchell
>somehow paying short term gains on an inherited house
i hope you don't file your own taxes
Isaiah Ward
Fucking Q boomers.
Nicholas Ortiz
You take that back.
Eli Mitchell
This is more or less true.
The good news is this was created so it can be reversed.
That is, there is no material resources shortage facing the united states.
If this country over the next 20 years said affirmatively absolutely no more immigrants, put an iron hand on drugs coming into the country, mandated birth control (injection provided at school) for poor people receiving public assistance. This country could put everyone in a nice home, in no time.
Seriously, its absolute horseshit how this country has been sold. It as simple as closing up the doors and turning inward. We have nothing, absolutely nothing to gain from dealing with other countries.
God did bless america, it is a huge nation from sea to shining sea, there is absolutely no reason we have to deal with anyone else. Free Trade and "comparative advantage" is a bullshit meme. The only people who benefit are those in the other countries, and a small handful of people who 'reside' in this country.

Joseph Sanders
Lol median property tax is > GDP per capita.
Dylan Thompson
dont worry most boomers i know are fucking miserable.
They either whine about their adults kids not being successful AND the best, the ones whose adult kids are 'successful' but those successful kids cant stand their boomer parents and having nothing to do.
I've seen younger peoplefrustrated, disillustioned, jaded, and cynical but they are not miserable like the boomers are.
Honestly younger people should give themselves more credit, most ones i see are super resilient, they know their situation is shit but they keep going and still seem to have more fun.
Nathaniel Barnes
California is a big ass state, some areas are dirt cheap. In fact, only a small portion of Ca. is expensive.
The southern 150 miles and 30 miles inland.
and
40 miles inland from the bay in every direction.
Oh and yeah, i think you mean
>you AND the BANK own a home.
Adam Gutierrez
bait? Dude, its the land plus permits that make a home expensive. The building part is insignificant in the grand scheme.
