There needs to be affirmative socialisation of pitbulls to integrate them, more pitbulls near schools and kids, so that people can learn to drop the stereotypes and see them for the dogs they are.

I work with dogs and I own a pitbull she can jump a 3 meter fence and has figured out how to unlock the latch on her kennel, she is completely anti-social towards dogs and will act aggressively without any body language or behavioural signals.
She is a really loving dog towards humans and that is also a major hazard because it lowest people's expectations on what she is capable of.
