pretty good for a first try. Should have kept the frames steady (unless the "shake" effect is what you were going for but to me it comes of as skippy and cheap)
Face blending and tracing is pretty neat especially for a first try.
Personally, I prefer gifs with little to no head movement (makes tracing alot easier and reduces the risk of the face skipping around) but other gif fakes feel it takes away from the genuine feeling. I try to add small face movemnts like eyebrow twitching or blinking to make it seem more realistic

Usually I choose 3 frames, pick a color close to the skincolor of the eyelids and just draw eyelids on frame 1 half closed, frame 2 fully closed, frame 3 half closed. You can experiment with shading and using blur to make it look better than the one in my quick example

I'd need to have a donor GIF that have the face somewhat stationary...You're thinking I'm some sort of expert with animated GIFs...I am most certainly not! Even for a person who normally does simple face swaps I'm only just a decent amateur.
