We have sights like pic related. Japan has roughly twice the population and country size of the UK. There are large parts of the UK that are practically uninhabited like Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and pretty much every shred of England that isn't a city. Japan has an even more obvious city/rural divide because 1/4 of your population lives in Tokyo compared to the UK's 1/8th in London.

All first worlders have low birth rates. This is due to a combination of low pressures for procreation, and the high cost of raising children due to technology and society. So, the normal carrying law of biology strikes--high investment means less offspring and vice versa.
On top of that, what we see in Japan is the apparent end of population growth and the logistic curve plateau into a stable population. This is a good thing! It means without any government or societal level action, the population has naturally stabilized at an optimum. Anyone who studies long term biological populations from bacteria to mammals knows this is the normal end point of balance. The world has never been at risk of overpopulation.
That said, certain high pressured groups, like third worlders and a particular religion endemic to the third world does press a high birth rate that when pressures are removed causes a large population boom from inertia. That is being used to try to replace the native populations of first world countries, and is being attempted against Japan now. The shilling you are doing without realizing it, OP, is specifically designed to try to trick and destroy the native Japanese. Their population is fine, and hitting a natural balance point that no one had to force or even be consciously aware of; don't join the side of those trying to destroy that.

Exactly true. The vast majority of Japan is uninhabited. Pretty much the whole population lived in narrow patches of coast. The whole world could live in Japan (actually true. Technically you could stuff the whole world into Rhode Island at a normal urban density).

"Based nip" is also wrong. Migrants in Western countries only have many children in the first generation and they don't exist in large enough numbers to affect the birth rate from 1.2 all the way up to 1.5+.
Take the UK for example. Every year the population of foreigners drops and has to be increased by accepting more foreigners just to keep the level at a slight increase each year. Why does this happen in such an open and beautiful muslim friendly country? It's because 3rd+ generation muslim females generally live in a large city such as London and their birth rates align with other city dwellers at 0.6-0.7. That means after four or five generations any Muslims that have travelled to the UK have had their lineage almost entirely wiped out.
The White British birthrate is low. However it isn't Japan/Germany low. If we didn't have a 25% abortion rate we'd actually have replacement.
