How to better yourself:

Go to the gym at least three times a week, and fill the other days with physical activity as well.

Take up one of the following physical hobbies to do on off days:

>Competitive Intramural Sport (soccer, football, basketball, lacrosse, etc.)

>Competitive court sports (tennis, badminton, racquetball, jai-alai)

>Natural activities (hiking, trail-building, rock-climbing, kayaking)

>Endurance/Conditioning (swimming, running, marathons, sprints, 5Ks)

>Combative sport (martial arts, wrestling, grappling)

If you do not participate in at LEAST one of these activities, you should seriously reconsider. Many of them are easy to pick up and have a thriving social community surrounding them. It is way healthier (mentally/socially) to supplement gym time with natural or social activities that also keep you physical.

Stop consuming unnatural foods. Fast food, shit packaged food like potato chips, Doritos, candy. Instead, your snack food should be things like beef jerky, pistachios, almonds, raw spinach, carrots, cheese.

Eat fruit. Eat steak, eggs, nuts.

Eat veggies. Eat veggies that you grew yourself.

Eat fish. Eat fish that you caught yourself.

Stop drinking $8 craft hipster beer. There’s a reason they’re big right now, and it’s because the ATF doesn’t make them put nutrition facts on the cans. All those IPAs and Doubles and Stouts and craft shit usually hover around 30g carbs and 300+ calories each. If you want to drink, enjoy a dry red wine or dry white wine, or bourbon, scotch, gin in a simple cocktail, or, preferably, on the rocks/neat.

Do not drink soda, ever. The only acceptable drinks are water, coffee, wine, and whiskey/gin (occasionally).

Prepare yourself for The Big Happening. Do you have enough food and water to survive two weeks in total isolation? Do you have enough toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, etc to survive total isolation for a month?

Respect yourself and your race. Dress well, and face the day. Wake up early and meditate at the beginning or the end of the day. Make your bed every morning. Do the dishes every evening. Tend your garden every afternoon.

And read at LEAST 500 pages a month. That’s 125 pages a week. The book can be anything. Ideally it should be non-fiction and historical literature, but if you want to read nothing but Nancy Drew novels and old diaries you bought off eBay, you’re still miles ahead of most other people you’ll ever come across in your life. Read 125 pages a week of ANYTHING.

Stop watching any kind of pornography. That includes soft porn or erotica. That should be the ultimate goal for you. You should understand that nothing in life is for free. Watching sexually arousing materials teaches your brain an easy and free way to satisfy one of the strongest needs: sexual need. Watching porn not only damages your brain but also supports this whole degenerated industry run by Jews. It is made for the sole purpose of destroying young, white males. If you have a strong sexual urge just use your imagination and masturbate. But remember: Don't do it more often than once in two weeks.

Invest in yourself, and invest in your future. Save your money. Turn your money into savings, and invest in stocks, your 401k, your RothIRA, or invest in your home, or in defense, or in weapons, and ammunition, or in gold and silver. But the first priority should be owning your own plot of land with your own house, and getting away from city apartments and rentals. Every time you want to go out for lunch, impulse buy another shit-stick milsurp rifle, or placing a prop bet on a baseball game, think about the 200 acres of woodland that you’re now going to be one more step farther away from.

And most of all, every action you do should be bettering your life in some short-term or long-term capacity. This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t relax in front of the tv after a long day of work, but it does mean that you might want to throw on a documentary on Alaskan wildlife instead of watching 4 episodes of The Office that you’ve already seen 6 times each.

Thats fine. You'll get them tomorrow. We all fall off occasionally. You should consider writing down your goals on a piece of paper and keep that paper in your pocket. The act of crossing off an item on the list after you've completed it is a reward in itself. Also, the guilt of not crossing it off is usually driving enough for me. I feel like seeing that list get smaller and smaller through the day really calms me down and makes me feel great.

Woke up for a 5km run at 0530. Nice and quiet. Went to class, did a test. Had a solid lunch, listened to music in my car after eating. Back to class, did a bit more work, after it was done ran another 5km for mandated PT. Had a nice supper and am now sipping on some neat whiskey, texting my wife.
Tomorrow going to do chest day, and try to write a few more tunes on my tablet.

So far today I've done nothing. But I've just ingest some caffeine, and in about 15-20 minutes I'm off to the gym.

Thinking I'll stay for about 2 1/2 hours.

Thinking: deadlift, squat, bench, bicep curl, hammer curl, tricep pressdown incline leg press and then maybe 10 minutes of cycling to burn what's left of me out.

Once I've come home and recovered for a few hours I'm off to uni to submit a paper - "Is international migration a security issue?".

After that I think I'll do some /sig/ reading, been meaning to start 'Stoicism and the Art of Happiness'.

It's 2am here (Britbong), but bc I'm off from uni atm so I've swapped my sleep schedule around, I much prefer working at night and my gym is 24/7, so there's barely anyone there at this time.

I didn't masturbate today. Week into NOFAP.

I write a variety of stuff on Caustic, an android DAW similar to Reason. Mainly orchestral stuff, some ambient. The drink is Wisers Rye, being Canadian.

My day was pretty simple but not bad:

So not a terrible day, it's been very relaxing. Probably could have used some of my free time better, most of it was spent on Jow Forums but I've been staying away from the really bad threads recently. /sig/ is one of the few threads I always pop into to check out, and if I don't see a /sig/ thread I usually don't spend much time on Jow Forums.

Well I gotta say I'm really glad you're here. Sig is a seriously great concept. I've been trying my best to make it as potent and useful as possible. There's really no other medium for a man to compete in raw self improvement. No other serious medium to commit your progress too and get serious feedback or advice. I really love sig and I'm glad you like it too.

What are some simple, easy to make, energy foods?

Daily reminder that the steak and eggs diet is the most redpilled diet.

Cheese sticks. Cheese is an energy food or a brain food or something.

I eat a lot of cheese. Especially before/after workouts.

Steak is expensive so I usually do eggs and ground sausage. Once I get steady employment I'll be steak-n-egging every morning.

You don't understand my son, steak and eggs isnt a breakfast, its all you eat. 4-6 eggs and a steak in the morning and 4-6 eggs and steak a night, thats it. Once a week you eat whatever you want.
