Ok here's a quick tutorial since you seem very lost.
1. Open pic
2. Use the plugin to remove small pieces of clothing (Bikini straps)
3. Experiment a little with the tool and then maybe you can remove larger pueces of clothes
4. Create a new layer
5. fill with a color
6. change opacity so you can see original pic. Like here
7. use the circle tool and start deleting pieces from that newlayer, leaving the original exposed.
8a. Turn the top layer opacity back to max.
8b. If you were able to remove the whole bikini with the plugin, add some nipples
9. Make the top layer a bit blurry and keep it transparent.
