It may be wise to sprout seeds and nuts, possibly grains too, this will prevent antinutrients like phytic acid from minimizing your mineral intake.

I just plan on supplementing. I already run and manage an herbal supplement business, I am sad it took the death of Nasim to wake me up.

Copper is antagonistic with zinc, it will reduce the levels your body intakes from the food you eat. Most all zinc containing foods are also very high in copper.

I am an herbalist by trade, but after 8~ years and attempting veganism before, I realize the importance of chemistry and the synthesis of natural compounds that can only be sourced from living beings.

I would prefer to only consume things from this earth, but if it is between taking a natural compound in a synthesized form vs killing a living being, I will now choose the path of least suffering rather than the path that is most pure to my ideology.
