The following story details recent events in the words of someone who isn't me:

Apparently, I was driving a little too fast on the way to work a few months back. 27 in a 25mph zone - I always carefully observe the limit, so either the speed camera was wrong, or my old vehicle wasn't as calibrated as it used to be. Either way, this automated system had apparently proven without a reason of a doubt, that I was violating the law.

Fast forward a bit later in time, I am driving to pick up some groceries, then soon spotted by a squad car who had run my details. After pulling over, I am told to get out of the car and am arrested - my vehicle thoroughly tossed and left abandoned on the road. In handcuffs, I am brought to a "transfer point", another squad car from the county the speed camera was in pulled up. I am groped head to toe and searched again, being told I have a warrant for my arrest, then stuffed into the back of the second car. In a walled off plastic shell in the back, I ask for the location of the seat-belt, I am re-assured that I shouldn't worry about it as the officer zooms in and out of traffic above the limit,

We reach the jail in the county of the supposed violation, and I am booked into the jail. I wait for 5 hours on a metal slab bolted to a wall with 14 others. The 5 hours were spent waiting for my phonecall. After attempting to place a call to someone more than 30 times, in my alotted 10 minutes of time, it was unsuccessful. Later I am told by this person, they tried to accept the call, but for some reason it kept dropping. To everyone who knew me, I was essentially gone without a trace for the next 12 hours.

2 hours later, someone angrily shouts my last name, processesing for entry into the main holding is next. I am first passed through a full body scanner, then told to strip all my clothes, take a shower, and dress in bright yellow scrubs and orange sandals. Everyone and myself, are handcuffed in pairs and stuffed into a transport van.

Attached: thejail.jpg (310x212, 43K)

(2/2)
Arriving at the main "dorm", we unpack from the van, while handcuffed to one-another, holding our delapidated bedding. A few older gentleman actually fall while doing this, with no extra hand for steadying themselves. We are barked at, told to get in line, and follow the officer inside the building.

A few minutes later, a thick metal door is opened and we walk into a room with ~70 metal cots, about 1 foot from each other. Only 5 beds available, some of our group is told to wait outside as another officer walks up to take them elsewhere, the door slams shut.

A single officer behind a locked door keeping watch over the croud of men, I ask if I may get another phone call and when I can leave, his response: "just wait". I uses one of the 3 bathrooms inside the dorm, improvising when I found there was no toilet paper. Then I put my thin, 3 foot long square blanket on the dirty gum speckled cot, and attempted to sleep. The sounds of chatter, snoring, and a random man crying, across the room of fellow incarcerated citizens.

Early the next day, myself and 5 others pack into a small 10x10 room with a monitor. A judge soon came on the screen for a video pre-trial. After the others plead their cases to the monitor, its my turn. I am told that I was arrested because I was sent a ticket and also a warrant in the mail, when I failed to pay it. Problem was they sent it to my old address. Myself and one other were the only ones allowed to leave that day, under agreement to show up in court at a later date. I am transported back to the first building, strip naked infront of an officer again, and put on my clothes. I leave the building with a dead cell-phone and search the area for a place to call a cab, as I was not allowed to use the jail phone.

I apologize for the sloppy story telling, not a writer. But these are the facts: Today in America, you can be forcefully kidnapped/jailed, based solely on the data from a machine that is strapped to a powerline..somewhere.

Thats all. Not sure if anyone will read this.. but as a patriot, I had to tell this story.

i read and enjoyed the story

Ty sir. The person who wrote it had a rough time. Wishes it didnt happen. Feels like hes been utterly abused by his country since birth, who hes supported through taxes for years.

Lucky he's got that 2nd amendment to make sure tyranny doesn't happen, right?

Well, hes not sure if something that drastic is needed, in fact the person from the story really has no opinion on the matter. Just pure frustration and regret that it had to happen. He wants people to know that things like this are possible and he is living proof

What was the actual speed you were going over? Because I helped set up the system in Portland and it takes pictures of you are five over but only generates a ticket if you are in excess of ten miles over the posted limit

Slow down and you won't go to jail asshole.

I do not think I have ever gone more than 5 miles over the speed limit in my life. Or rather my friend wrote this story either.

But it would not matter if it was 100 miles over. The problem with what occurred is that we are now being jailed based on an automated souless computer network with eyes on us everywhere we go. There are a few more worrisome points within the story worth discussing, but I am just responding to you with the gist of everything wrong with it.

Usa usa..

Tfw freedom

I can only imagine what horrors will occur in the near future.

Well, I am one of those people that will always be of the opinion that America is the greatest country on Earth. I just think that we have to be careful and not just watch these things happen. I wish there was a candidate that sincerely stood on the platform of Defending these little freedoms here and there that should never be infringed.

Like the right to have a human being be the one who is allowed to pass these judgments on you, and not some machine bolted somewhere

>things that never happened

: |

Fuck yourself and die, kike nigger.

You're fucked m9

id love to see some proof if you or whoever has it, otherwise i call bullshit. im not inimately familiar with the law but i've beed to jail and shit doesn't fucking go down like that.

Doesn't the law require you to update your address with the DMV when you move?

and all of you dumb europoor niggers need to get a fucking grip. you're chomping at the bit to believe this crap because you want something to shitpost with while you furiously jerk off to the (You)s.

>The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood.
Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

im surrounded by gullible dumbfucks

I don't know why you come off so mentally unstable. It's a story on the internet. Some of them are real some of them are fake, this story however seems to be rather boring for something fake. It is your choice to believe them or not. Possibly look into meditation as well.

You don't get arrested for fucking unpaid speeding tickets

Ya, but there are many different ways for your address to be looked up. And sometimes in a transition you can have certain documents mismatched. And when mail comes into play, there is an extra week link added which is the post office. And they are hardly 100% right most of the time.

In short, its a damn shit show

Anyway this was just merely me, telling a story that I thought needed to be told. I'm not going to sit here and explain all of every single detail just so one or two people in here that are very angry can be satisfied. This Thread will be gone within the hour anyway. And I have other things to do. Not sure why I even wasted my time posting it

That is true. However if you have bothered to actually read the story you would see that it was due to not responding to the payment and having a warrant for your arrest put out as a result.

because it doesn't make any sense. like i've said, they don't fucking strip you naked and then chain you together like fucking shawshank redemption to put you in holding, and you're not gonna get a fucking ticket from 2 miles an hour over the speed limit because of some camera. it's ridiculous and not even worth putting up here.

>Today in America, you can be forcefully kidnapped/jailed, based solely on the data from a machine that is strapped to a powerline..somewhere.

Tee light cameras are unreliable, as they tend to reduce the time of green and yellow lights, actually causing traffic hazards. This is done to manipulate the camera's revenue generation.

Ive never driven on a toll road in Texas, but it doesn't stop the state from issuing me citations for a city I have never physically been to. Eventually the cops will come to arrest me, Ill have a big shootout because fuck them for extorting money from me and they wont just drop the fucking toll road fees. Ive never beennto austin or round rock, but they still charge me for the toll roads. They still are going to try to jail me just to make me stamp army helmets at $0.05 an hour. Then they will strap those helmets on white 18 year old kids heads and send them to syria to fight for the sake of israel.

If I pay it, they just charge me again the next month. So fuck them. Let them come for me. Theyll serve a warrant. Ill serve 7.62x51. Then the fbi will come bulldoze my house after setting it on fire. Jow Forums will cheer at the fbi atf police killing some white amerimutt whipe parroting
>fag should have obeyed the law and just paid the ticket for a toll road he has never been in with a car thats been broke down for 5 years

The truth? There is no law in the USA. Its anarchy with government totalitarianism.

I really do not care what you believe friend. I really sincerely do not care if you believe at all. Go do what you want to do and leave the thread if you want.

This story is 100% accurate in detail and un embellished in the slightest

>I wish there was a candidate that sincerely stood on the platform of Defending these little freedoms here and there that should never be infringed.

The unions, the police and the federal government all work together to stop those kind of people from winning an electoral seat.

>The truth? There is no law in the USA. Its anarchy with government totalitarianism.

Sort of agree here.

>The truth? There is no law in the USA.
Yup, our country is sadly "lawless" our constitution, our real laws of lands mean nothing and are completely disregarded

Well i agree with that end line, i dont agree with the shootout part. I tend to know many cops who I respect. Ones who joined the force to protect and serve.

You were kidnapped by robots, the people that work there aren't human either

I had a friend with a similar story of being kidnapped and locked in a steal cage temporarily . His crime? Not updating his drivers license from a Tennessee license to a Florida one. Treated him like scum as if he were a real criminal while in the holding system. How can our country arrest people when nobody was hurt and no real crime was committed.

No but they DO strip you naked. They even make you lift your testicles and spread your anus for inspection. This is not made up. This is what happens when you are booked into county jail. Anyone who has been there will tell you the same. It's something I've had great hatred for since it happened to me 10 years ago. What was I in jail for? Blowing a breathalyzer test showing positive for alcohol at the minor age of 18. The intention is obviously to make sure no prisoner is smuggling contraband, but in essence, it's passive rape at best.

Sadly yep.

But at least you didn't get hit with the radiation from the full body scanner back then I'm guessing.

No I didn't fortunately. This is a thing now?? It is absolutely astonishing how people are totally programmed to look at this type of violation of human nature as being 100% acceptable. Fail to pay a speeding ticket (sanctioned extortion) = kidnapped, raped, exposed to radiation. This is not okay to any sane mind that thinks for itself. The ONLY way that this can "seem" okay to a human being is when their programming distorts reality, and unfortunately that distortion happens majority of the time by the majority of our population.

Yeah they had a small room that literally had this gigantic monstrosity of a machine crammed inside of it my friend said. God only knows how much money that costed. But yeah, it was mandatory.

And judging by some of the replies in this thread, it looks like most people on this board have never actually been in jail or else they would know all of everything said in this story is not only true but also happens everyday to people. I'm glad you share the feeling of bewilderment. I guess it kind of takes a personal experience in this kind of place to really start to have a reality of what the hell is actually going on

many "patriots" who say they love america and cops are the ones who support this kind of behavior the most sadly

Before they were ruled in violation of state law, Sioux Falls had some cameras ticketing as low as a single mile per hour over (less than the real world tolerance) solely for the sake of revenue.

he's a cuck who thinks people's freedom should be violated based on traveling the country at a unregulated speed

Well, I think everyone from time to time can forget how bad things can really be. For instance, if someone told me this story before, I most likely would have forgotten about it in 10 minutes. And I think being a patriot is within all of us to some extent. But sometimes it takes some rolling around in the dirt to realize.

I have always loved the Constitution and I have always loved my fellow American. And some of the treatment in these places these days is abhorrent. I wish everyone was happy and never had to experience bs. That will nevet be i guess.

Alright work time. Glad I posted this thread and talk to a few cool people thanks.

Democracy makes bureaucracy and bureaucracy makes mosnteras of us all.
The reason the judge that heard your case, the police men that took you in, the jailer who gave you your clothes and the legislators who thought up these laws and policies, treat you so inhumanely for such a negligible offence, is because everyone single one of them can defer the responsibility off to the system, giving them a clean consicence, regardlerss of what they do.

Because in a bureaucracy no single person is ever responsible.
Democracy fosters bureaucracy.

jails and prisons are privately owned, the road cameras are privately owned, and the state and the privately owned companies get a percentage off you
the tax payers pick up the rest of the tab for the prisons and staffing the police etc.
this is america today and I 100% believe the story. In some rougher neighborhoods like chicago they have "black sites" where law enforcement takes you that are undocumented. It's really a shit show and a business run by private companies and law enforcement.

Now that you're aware of this type of injustice, keep your focus sharp and stay aware, and you will start seeing these types of injustices EVERYWHERE in EVERY facet of EVERY power structure.

I can't decide if it's just human nature to exert control over others by use of violence, or if it's the fault of the bad apples who took control of all these systems.

Think about what type of personality has a predisposition for chasing and seizing power. I'll give you a hint: it isn't a normal functioning healthy loving personality that seeks positions of power in order to impose their will upon other human beings. What type of person think it is perfectly fine to take away God's greatest gift to humanity (that is if such a god exists)? That gift being free will.

These personality types have that one common thread. Seeking to impose it's own will on others, at the cost of said others' free will. These psycho/sociopaths have a natural skill and aptitude for controlling and oppressing others since they have no remorse for human suffering. Now our entire planet is controlled and ruled by these people while the true "good guy" is forced into poverty and destitution by this corrupt system that was designed to keep them there. The good guy has no power because it takes some questionable morals to compete with such psychopaths. How can a "good guy" persevere over a "bad guy" when the good guy isn't willing to go the same horrendous lengths that the bad guy is willing to go to?

He says, living in bongland of all totalitarian states.

But this.

All humans organize themselves in hierarchical structures, it's perfectly natural.

I went to jail for marijuana possession a few years ago and the cops made me get naked and they all made fun of me and said I had a small dick and shit like that
I'm not going to jail again would rather be killed by police and off this shit hole earth

Well yea, I get that. But is it natural for human beings to control others at virtually any cost or atrocity?

well said, m8.

no, you were jailed because you failed to pay your ticket and a warrant was issued for your arrest. ofc they sent it to the wrong address, you and everyone else picked up on a warrant that day. likely story. pay your tickets user and update your drivers livense.

>Yea but you didn't listen to mom and dad when they told you not to do that thing you did so you deserve your kidnapping and rape

Depends on what yopu mean by control.
If by control you mean implement rules and laws in the territory they control, and then enforce those laws and rules through violence, then yes it is normal.

I think we both know exactly what I mean by "control". Feel free to pretend otherwise though if it helps you cope with this existence

*bends over to take penis in asshole*

Don’t break the law faggot

*gets invaded by muslims and loses his countrys identity*

> aw honey, you're such a special snowflake that you don't have to follow any rules laid down by anyone and of course you don't have to face the consequences for it! you sweet sweet boy momma loves you

Id rather die than go to jail. Id not fare too well there. Then when getting out, life would be just as bad if not worse than it already is, plus you have parole shaking you down weekly for more payments. At least I can take a few with me and make the jew government spend big bucks to take little old me out because I refuse to pay one of their corporate partners for a scam fee. If they want their money, Ill give it to them in bullets. Fuck them. They get paid big bucks to shake down me while ignoring all the real crime, letting murderers and rapists and illegal immigrants run free. Then look at wells fargo, they fucked me over, cost me thousands of dollars, plus millions of other customers, they pay out $143,000,000 to 5,000,000 customers, and ooh I get $1.75 of the $2.85 because the lawyer took a cut.

You're not cool or funny. You're nothing more than a massive faggot.

I think you mean what I mean, namely that our governments don't give a shit about us.
Civilization can't exist without bonds. There is always a master/slave relationship, this relationship is so ingrained in humans, we don't even realize it most of the time, but it is there, and it is what enables us to work effectivley.
The problem is not that were being controlled, the problem is our controller doesn't give a shit about us.
This is because our controller is not human, our controller is a faceless bureaucracy.

the other people in jail are actually pretty cool the worst people in this are the cops and prison guards
When I went I chilled with the white meth head group and was friendly with the mexicans, neither of us talked to the blacks
but we just talked about stores and watched tv ate absolutely shit food and were berated by guards

Its like the old soviet gulag system now. Grab anyone they can and stuff them in a jail for forced labor. Some of the dregs of humanity get thrown there too of course.

The guards are the worst and here in my city work for the mexican mafia. This has been proven. The police are criminals big time too, constantly caught shoplifting, beating random people up and dragging them to jail for non-crimes (see olmos park), raping women and even transgenders during traffic stops, robbing people of legally owned and transported firearms. The list goes on.

But the fact the courts have a 95% conviction rate for non violent crimes shouldnt shock anyone living behind an iron curtain with 360° peephole surveillance.

I had possession of hash oil and a couple edibles I all bought in a legal state, and the court blew that up into a trafficking charge of manufacturing a schedule 1 substance class B felony 5-15 years
or I could plea to 2.5 years probation for possession and not risk jail, that's what I did
that's why the conviction rate is so high
It costs me about $18,000 so far

>Grab anyone they can and stuff them in a jail for forced labor.
my state has a catalog of all the items you can buy from the private prison made with prison labor
They make clothes, benches, tables, work out equipment, everything and it's all free labor that the prison profits 100% from.

*Free will means possibility to experience both popularization (good & bad) and that's why we forget everything when we born, they had to make veil so that our negativity wouldn't affect others.

those taxes arent for him

shoot back or stfu

Sounds like you're making it up or lying by omission. I'm sure you were just 100% rational the whole time and never did even one thing to deserve it. Sure thing.

oi bruv, the crown has prohibited Jow Forums in the kingdom unless you got a loisence

Youve been on the internet for too long. Not everyone is out to swindle u for a dopamine burst. Sonetimes what you read actually is true. I'm not sure what your motivation for even saying what you said is. Are you trying to convince other people that isn't real? What is your motive here.

I've trying to point out that the U.S. is a police state for years, but all I get is memes about knives being confiscated and other such cuckery.
I visit the U.S. every couple of years or so as my brother lives in PA. Over the last 15+ years the steady increase in visible law enforcement vehicles and personnel has really become apparent, and the attitude from law enforcement, even to visitors, has become less and less amiable.
OP's story doesn't surprise me at all. Particularly now US law enforcement can now shoot citizens dead in the street for the most minor of infractions.
I'd rather have my plastic spork confiscated at a train station entrance than face a police force that will kill me for being mentally unwell, or avoiding arrest.

next time try it without the stupid embellishment

>chomping
It's "champing" you illiterate faggot

Time to become a left leaning centrist my friend. Just look around at your storm fagger peers. Look how they mock you, for the bantz(Sadistic Sociopathy)

I believe your story user. I know you did nothing wrong. Cops are pigs of the state. Basically inhumanely abused you like an animal over a speeding ticket, and an error on their behalf.

Were you compensated for this? No. Will you ever be? no. Will the experience stay with you forever? yes.

Fuck these bootlicking fags user. Shitty peers.

Attached: authority man.jpg (800x547, 206K)

Pretty sobering cartoon there.

As for whatever I am, right or left or Centrist or whatever the hell else Direction... I don't really believe in those labels because all I have seen them used in our campaigns for politicians who wish to group us all into a category so that they can get our vote. I don't have a specific label for myself all I do is have opinions and vote based off of experiences I have had my life. I suppose I am majority right-leaning if I had to say something. But I have opinions that are all over the Spectrum.

I just believe in the Constitution and the right for everyone as a citizen to be happy and an infringed upon as long as they hurt or hinder no one else. Which is a tall order in such a large mechanical Rube Goldberg machine that is this country, but that is the basis for what I believe in. Usually when I say that kind of thing people say oh so you don't have any ideas how to fix things do you? And no, I do not have any ideas how to fix things or else I would run for office. I just know what is wrong when I see it

The problem is abused authority. Not authoritarianism in general.
Or are you a literal anarchist? Because you can go to Somalia and live your dream there.

I'm not giving you bants because you are not worthy. Now go wash. Filth. Pfft!

so in other words, make sure you update the address on your drivers licence

You are a special kind of scum. Everyone who has had a hand in these traffic cams needs to be hung by their fucking entrails.

Np, well yes. But that really wasn't the point of this story being told. As I said in this post

The main takeaway and what I find most disturbing about what happened is the basis for it all to begin, a unthinking non-human machine passing judgement on us as we go about our lives. It does not sleep, no The Human Experience, or have a biological brain yet it is the prime mover for what happened.

Yes, this is what Republicans whine about when they say "big government". It is a similar situation in Germany, all state employees are soulles robots, secure in the knowledge they are always right.

Well, I don't know if I myself would call it whining. But yeah it seems to be an issue a lot of places. I don't know I've never been anywhere else.

>tl;dr - guy with warrants gets nabbed by a speed camera and goes to jail.
>because he has never had to account for his decisions before, this is literal torture, slavery, and police state.

I'm surprised there's no section about how he bravely revoked his consent to search his car, and how having multiple drug/domestic violence warrants is, itself, illegal.

Attached: awrRN7R_460s_v1.jpg (460x382, 29K)

Maybe whining was the wrong word.
In my opinion it's all a direct consequence of the post ww2 implementation of democracy, leading to this quasi-superstate the western world has become.
And a superstate means super bureaucracy.
Also my comiserations to whoever lived through your story.

Well no where in the story did it say it was torture. Slavery or anything else. Nor did the story mention anything about buzzwords were police state.

And of course there are no drug or domestic violence warrants because that is not in the history of said person in the story. But I suppose if you want to interpret the story in any which way you want that is your prerogative.

Okay yeah I wasn't sure if it was a vocabulary thing or not. And I don't speak a word of German so I try not to infer anything when someone is speaking my native tongue with damn near perfect accuracy. Lol. But yeah as for what went down in the story, it really wasn't absolutely horrible. The person lived through the experience, just a little bit wiser.

No problem famalam, I said whine because I'm antagonistic of american conservatism.
I see big government as a problem too, but I see it more of a symptom, rather than the root of the problem itself.

Forgive me, i must have misread where he compared arrest to kidnapping.

In any event, he went to jail because he had outstanding warrants, not because he got nabbed by a speed camera, who's draconian AI singled him out for kidnapping and imprisonment. He sped through a speed trap, and got his license snapped. This goes in to the database, and links up with a known plate for a guy with outstanding warrants. Radio goes out to patrol units to keep an eye out for the guy. Patrol spots him, and arrests him.

They don't lock you up for doing two over the limit. Unless he was doing something like thirty over the limit or something crazy, the police nabbed him because he has warrants. He's not speaking out against an AI run police presence kidnapping people, he's mad because he got caught with warrants.

Attached: 1507403971666.webm (1280x688, 671K)

Well hey oh, I guess we will agree to disagree? How am I to possibly have a conversation when someone across the internet knows more about the story than I do? Thanks though

you yanks are fucking hilarious have never seen a bigger group of boot lickers who think they are free

Attached: sexy sunset.jpg (1280x1920, 304K)

Fair enough. If you know this person though, ask. I promise you he has/had other outstanding warrants or traffic fines in excess of typically a thousand dollars or something, it varies by state. The whole tone and structure of the story screams "sovereign citizen"-tier entitlement, people don't get arrested for just doing two over.

just saying don't take everything you hear as the truth. People have on occasion been known to lie or at least bend the truth to make themselves look faultless. Was his treatment good? lord no, jail fucking sucks, and needs fixing just like everything else, but it's easy to avoid if you just don't break the law. or, if you break the law, try and deal with the issue.

Attached: 1510286319504.webm (360x360, 516K)

Ok.. ill do that lol.

No one cares about criminals. I don’t even care about cops beating the shit out of them or what kind of living situation they have in jail. I suppose there could be a lot of problems in the near future if they start to rely on AI to do their jobs however. I see the amount of innocent people that have been accused or punished on social media alone due to poor AI. It can’t work that way in law enforcement or we’d have too many innocent people being treated as criminals.

>I apologize for the sloppy story telling, not a writer. But these are the facts: Today in America, you can be forcefully kidnapped/jailed, based solely on the data from a machine that is strapped to a powerline..somewhere.

Fucking ridiculous that they would arrest you over a speeding ticket.

I am more concerned about what they do to you over nothing than the fact that there was a bureaucratic mistake.

Judges and the police and the goverment LOVE to put people in jail. They get off on it. They should all be fucking murdered. Hate the scum.

>Slow down and you won't go to jail asshole.
1 why the fuck do we even have speeding laws "asshole". you want me to ram my foot up your ass? talking to a person who got sent to jail over a speeding ticket like that? What's wrong with you.
2 I don't care if he was going 20 miles over the speed limit, that does not make him an asshole, it makes you a nazi if you want to put him in jail over bullshit. Speeding fine is the equivalent of a parking ticket. Period. I could use the same fucking dumb argument you just did to put you in life to jail over all of your parking ticket and negligible violations you fucking imbecile

So they got a warrent for failure to show up to court? This is exactly why you're supposed to update the address on your registration and drivers license. Especially if you live in a state that hands out tickets with Traffic cameras. I've heard of situations that were way more shitty than this.

This. We are living in a Cargo Cult. The Jewish witch doctors are shaking us down for to keep the darkies feeding and breeding.
