the photos presented so far are of two yellow cannisters. same variety that the syrian rebels claimed were used in idlib in 2016. they claim these bombs penetrated concrete roofing and that the interiors of these buildings were totally unventalated.
I'd say that they killed these civilians with chlorine gas in the unventilated building then blew a hole in the roof and drug a cannister into the top floor.
