Yes, but the fighting will be on a relatively quick timescale. There won't be time for a draft as the next step after conventional will be locally deployed tactical nukes, followed by an escalation to ICBM.

Maybe, I think if shit were to go down it would start with a naval and air battle in the Mediterranean, Russia might move ground and air forces into Europe, probably through the Baltic countries or Ukraine this could last a long time before Russia is pushed back, and then would resort to using nuclear weapons.

Not only that, it takes 8 weeks here just to get a Soldier to what's considered even a minimum level of combat capability. None would be ready in time to be useful.

1. 20 year olds are drafted
2. 21 year olds
3. 22 year olds
4. 23..
5. 24...
6. 25...
7. 18 + 19 year olds

If a war depletes all able bodied citizens in this age range then it starts moving up the age brackets, I’m not sure if it’s random at that point or if it goes 26... 27.... 28... 29.... and so on.
