I'm wondering what's the percentage of Africans (not African Americans) with an IQ of 100 or more.
My understanding is that the average African has an IQ of around 70. If the standard deviation of their IQ is roughly the same as white (~15), it means barely 2% have an IQ of 100.
This can't be right... Right?

You should run the numbers with the original standard deviation: 10 points.
Judging by your graph they average 80 with a standard deviation of about 10.

The graph uses African Americans who have an higher IQ (~85) since they're mixed with white DNA.
Pure Africans have an average IQ of about 70. Let me know if you think I'm wrong.

Blacks don't have a lower iq because they're black it's because of many reasons. If you believe blacks are stupid because they have more melinin in their skin you may as well believe women get paid less beccause they're women.

The issue is tied to genetic characteristics found in people with more melanin, not because of the melanin.
So... back to my original question.
Are you guys familiar with the Standard Normal Table? If their average IQ is 70 and standard deviation is 15, Z=2 and according to the table, barely 2% of actual Africans have an IQ of 100 (which is still below the average of whites).
Is this right? If not, which of my data is wrong?

only thing that could be wrong from a glance is that blacks actually average 70 iq in africa - but to be honest i dont doubt it, its probably like half genetic half cultural each -15 iq points if i had to guess
Based on personal experience this seems accurate
this probably has more to do with malnourishment, education and infrastructure than anything
