The CIA socially engineers a roughly 50/50 split in the population between Democrats and Republicans to keep society stable. How do they do it?
1) Obnoxious, provocative SJWism pushes most whites towards the Republicans. The ideology transmitted from Jewish professors to screeching brown women acquired the form it did in a CIA research facility, to be used as a weapon against whites. This is why it makes such a virtue out of "no-platforming racists" and screaming in your face instead of engaging in dialog; it's supposed to be insufferable.
2) Advocates for white ethnic interest are deliberately stirred up to convert them from reasonable, polite people into frothing racists. BMWF in media, umadwhiteboiposting on Jow Forums, it's all designed to get under your skin and drive you insane until you start wanting to scream "gas the kikes, race war now" from the rooftops - thereby alienating moderates.
3) The promotion of moderate-alienating conspiracy theories on all sides. Reptilian Jews and Yakub the ancient black man cresting white people on a Greek island are both self-evidently preposterous nonsense that drives all but the most committed radicals towards the center and "reasonableness". The first two techniques are used to unmoor the potential radical from rational, reasonable understandings of the world towards absurd conspiracy theories that allow them to be easily dismissed by the population at large.
I'm sure there are other obvious examples but that's what occurs to me off the top of my head.
Parties compete for votes and people know that power corrupts that's why it's close to 50/50 you moron.

Even if its not a CIA program, the whole 2 party system essentially evolved to be this way regardless.
Each party seems to be composed of simple, binary choices, like "abortion is wrong" or "the gov should pay for women's healthcare (sex)". The issues are chosen so that roughly 50% of the people are inclined/predisposed to go one way, while the rest are inclined to see things the opposite way.
It's the classic " Divide and Conquer", and I'd be surprised if the Deep State wasn't studying these methods.

Try to find Harold D. Lasswell's "The Garrison State" -pdf. It has disappeared, but there's info about it.
It's an essay written in 1942 exploring the possibilities of future society of "garrison state" where the primary elite's are soldiers instead of business men and how to control the masses by using "specialists in violence". In the ww2 it was discovered, when the battlefields came first time to the civilian population, that under such stress the masses are very flexible to control. It studies how to keep the population under similar stress all the time, but keeping them still productive.
There's also other things, such as forming an international elite, that would rule "independent" nations whose leaders would meat annually, in a chiefly ceremonial gatherings - to take their orders..
Very cold blooded stuff there and an actual blueprint to the world we are living now.

No need to attribute sophisticated psyops to easily explainable phenomena. Democracy is a shame but the there is nothing unusual about the finely balanced support in two party systems. Both parties compete for the ideological centre. Imagine a situation where one political party wins all the election because they get 80% of the vote. What would the 20% party do? They would emulate the policies and positions of the 80% party obviously. Though with minor changes to make them palatable to their 20% support base. Equilibrium is always the expected outcome.
They only mystery and telltale sign of fuckery going on is how there is bi-partisan support of policy which there is no popular support for, and they tell us it's for the best when it is obviously not. As I said, democracy is a shame.
