I am only doing curls with 12-15 kg depending on how feel and in high reps instead since biceps is currently not my focus. As for shoulder and triceps i still have to find a workout that actually works for me(side lateral raises worked but fucked up my arm 2 weeks).

Bodyweight is good for the first year, especially since you cant really fuck it up. The most important thing you need to take in mind is that you train to destroy your muscles, at some point repitions from bodyweight training will wear at your muscles more than you can destroy them, that is when you have to switch methods.

Well i only take Creatin, which might be nice for some people due to its ability to increase strength and make your muscles look bigger, but i already eat a lot of meat and have high water percentage in my body so i only see a slight improvement in endurance. As for whey, you can easily eat enough proteins with proper meals that its not worth shelling out 30€ for something that tastes like nothing.
