Ps with couple AI-addons, I work for swedish policeforce as data-analysist.. this kinda my work.. well.. not titties but otherwise :)
Basically those AI-addons (cost a lot btw) do some 3D-analysis and create layers that contains 3D-maps. You can do that by manually too, but it's time consuming (i'm kinda wizard with Ps but even to me, it takes like 30-60min for each picture if doing manually.

Basically it's is shopped, due 3D is made by AI. But it's made from original data so it's not "copy paste from other picture". You can google "3D LUT photo forensics" or join the police force or agency of any kind :)

to make it simple, AI creates 100-200 copies of the picture, +- EV ... finds dynamic range.. 3D-maps the picture, creates fake structure and 3D-mapping and thing is done. After that I usually enchance it manually with D&B. Actually that mapping phase is really neat looking, I hope I could make a video of it :)
