I feel bad for about every single ecosystem and non-human of Africa, but Europe will probably already be in a such a sad state of affairs with economic depressions, increasing crime, violence, political instability, if not full scale civil conflicts across the continent, combined with a big enough revival of nationalism across the area that Africans won't even want to go to Europe, or Asia. Most refugees in Europe at this point are actively becoming more and more hopeless, because they thought they were going to head to paradise, where they could rape, loot, steal and be worshiped like kings. That's not the case, as nationalist organization becomes bigger and right-wing parties take more power They MIGHT go to North America, if civil war doesn't happen in these areas too.
All in all, Africans have basically have two choices, contrary to what liberals want to think: They can stop having kids, start working for foreign companies already there, no matter how much they hate it, or they can keep their current path, and then half of them die in a cluster fuck of starvation and conflict that will be Africa once the bottleneck hits.

Obvious bait, but you obvious have no understanding of demographics. White people are not a dying species, not unless there's starvation, disease, or huge amounts of war in white areas, which there really isn't. Race-mixing is the last thing that's killing whites, really, at least in contemporary era. What is hurting us is soul crushing, corporation worship and consumerism, which promotes physical, mental, and spiritual decay, leaving us very vulnerable to attack from other more organized races.
Numerically speaking, we're over a billion. The problem is immigration into our countries and feeding people that have less intelligence than my grandma's dog.

This is only happening because we are feeding Africa and eliminating diseases.. This policy will stop before then simply because we won't be able to afford it, and the wars and famine in Africa that result will cull the herd.
