Do you really not understand why? Corps are entities isolated from the people within it. It’s to protect them from personal liability. Just imagine being the CEO of mcdonald’s. Now imagine everything the company does is your personal responsibility.

Burgers are sandwiches. A sandwich is two pieces of bread with some food between them.
Hamburger is just ground beef. Put that between bread and you get a hamburger sandwich. But that doesn’t roll off the tongue as nice as just hamburger.
