There's a schedule on the website for when the shows are alive or a rerun. I would say the only time we're listening to live is 9 in the morning to noon Eastern Time and whatever time Jeff rense show comes on, which I think is 1 a.m. eastern time because it starts at 10 p.m. on the Pacific coast
