You may say that these things are either unimportant or overcomable, but they all point to one thing: eventual subversion.
Our ideas are going to become very popular among white people in the near future. However, most people are going to be pushed to us by pressure in the real world (affirmative action, employment discrimination, crime, welfare fraud, etc.) rather than an ideological awakening. By allowing internal divisions like that to exist, you are providing our enemies with tools to tear you down. Women will demand preferential treatment while not contributing anything beyond division. Libertarians will recognize problems but be unwilling to support action to correct them. Out-of-shape people will criticize more dangerous actions that they can’t or won’t participate in. People with comfortable lives will oppose the organization adopting more radical positions because the risks will be higher and all of them can claim any number of excuses provided by the people who want to D&C us. Best case scenario is that IE becomes the predecessor organization for a real organized pro-white movement. Worst case scenario they become another controlled opposition group like the Proud Boys or Tea Party. When I was in South Africa, every white person I met was quick to follow up every complaint about their literal ethnic cleansing with a comment about how they weren’t racist and knew many based blacks. The only way to prevent this sort of derailment is with strong ideology, which it doesn’t seem like IE has or wants to achieve.
Patriot Front is the best right wing group at the moment.

You’re right but there are plenty of IRL groups who have better approaches than IE. IE requires you to give doxx and do a Skype interview to join, all of the other groups (Patriot Front, Stormer Book Club, TRS Pool Party) forbid you from using your real name and vet you IRL. Much more secure.

Let‘s be honest here: our various movements have altogether achieved very little but I can tell you: nothing feels better than winning a battle, however small.
When we were marching through Vienna a few years ago with 200 people against thousands of leftists I understood what it means to be part of a pack of men. It is a feeling that the young muslims in Europe have daily, your niggers and hispanics do, too, but whites? Almost never outside of sportsball. You have to actively search for it.
Don‘t get discouraged when your first group does not turn out to be what you hoped for, keep on searching for yours. All „alt-right“ groups are in larval states right now. We do not know which one is the movement that will take us to victory. In fact, that movement probably isn‘t even founded yet.
Victory thus is far ahead, but you can help lay the foundations today.
One more thing: it is absolutely liberating when you finally find yourself in surroundings where you don‘t have to weigh every word for fear of angering your brothers liberal girlfriend or your professor in university and when people actually care for and understand what you are saying even if they disagree.
