I mean, either way you shake it I think it's unethical to artificially support populations of people.
Either theyre going to find themselves with a huge population they cannot support dooming them to live under barbaric conditions in unstable countries.
Or you import them into your first world country and try to force them to confirm to your culture and traditions. Neither of which they want to do. And then statistically they're going to be relagated to public assistance for many generations to come. Therefore stunting the native populations (not to mention the crime).
With those two options I believe that the most ethical and moral solution is to allow these unsustainable populations to suffer and die off in the short term with the trade-off that they will be able to grow stronger and sustain themselves in the future. All while not screwing over 1st world countries.
